Leider nur ein durchschnittliches Spiel, das man hoechstens Fans des Genres empfehlen kann. Testboxen verdecken oft das Spielgeschehen. Staendig werden Speedup/Slowdown eingesetzt. Beides sehe ich in einer Bullethell als NoGo. Die Metaprogression ist unnoetig, zu grindy und bringt keinen Spielerischen Mehrwert, macht nur das Spiel lang und -weilig.

Sehr actionreiches, herausforderndes und vorallem spaßiges Spiel. Man steuert ein Schwadron von 4 Flugzeugen und muss wie es der Titel verrät die Asse der Luftwaffe bezwingen, die Amerika bedrohen, nachdem sie eine Atombombe gestohlen haben. Die Grafik ist schön und wie im Vorgänger muss man öfters EXP sammeln, weil man sonst einfach nicht weiterkommt mit wenigen upgrades. Es gibt den Einfach, Schwer und Extrem Modus, für längeren Spielspaß, weil Einfach wirklich zu schnell durchzuspielen ist. Das Spiel ist meiner Meinung nach den Preis von 12,49 € wert. Das neue DLC ist leider nicht spielbar.

In terms of a bullet hell shooter this game is not well designed. That's because it's very difficult to read the game at some points. Especially the boss battles are not much fun. There you often don't get enough space to manover yourself through all the shots of your enemies. I got this game on sale and I am happy to not have paid the full price, that would've disappointed me. All of your 4 pilots have a special disadvantage. One rages and rams you to death, one starts to fall asleeps during missions and you need to protect him from enemy shots, one is afraid of heights or at least changing fast between different heights (as a pilot, lol) and disappears for a while from the battle and you are poisoned and need to move slow. Raging, okay, bur sleeping in a plane during a fight is laughable and being afraid of heights as well when you're a fighter pilot. That's so uncanny valley as it can be. But for yourself, that you need to move slowly when the poison kicks in is against the game mechanics of a bullet hell shooter, where you need to move fast. They could've said that you get more damage, which would've also "make sense" somehow. More playtesting to find the mechanics or design choices that don't work would've helped the game a lot.
