Surprisingly Addictive Gameplay!
I received a 50% off coupon for this game and decided to give it a shot. Boy, am I glad I did! While the graphics aren’t particularly impressive, the gameplay is incredibly addictive. I finished it in two days, but I’m already planning to replay it to see if I can unlock different items faster—like the enchanted mantle.
I did use the Lycos book before getting the mantle, which caused me to miss out on a section that required it, so keep that in mind while playing.
Overall, I definitely recommend this game as long as you’re not too concerned about high-end graphics. Using a USB controller also made the gameplay smoother and faster.
