Dieses spiel kann ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen. 10/10.

Real playtime was 19hrs+, I just play offline and Steam doesn't recognize it. "To alcohol! The cause of — and solution to — all of life's problems." My problem with the game was mainly the missing of "tw alcohol" in the description or at the start of the game. So I'll just give myself the "Trigger Warning: Alcohol abuse" for this review. Let's see how this goes. In the first 10 hours of the game (chapters 1-3) the "plot" evolves around a group of friends, that have only one thing to do in their free time: binge drinking. The player (MC "Delta") has no choice but to participate in this. In the final Chapter 4 after 17 hours I'm sick of watching the MC giving in to peer pressure. Actually the writers gave the MC a soda - hallelujah, he thinks he needs a clear head for Hermes day, why doesn't he think that after his brain glitches the first time though? - but it's the only time a non-alcoholic drink is mentioned at all (aside from orange juice that is used in a cocktail mix, so duh) Okay so his friends all have one hobby (streaming, writing, singing, hacking, looking at the city) but Delta himself has zero character, despite being giving a name the player cannot change, which is just weird. The only reason why the developer chosed this was the voice acting I guess and saving money so they wouldn't have to work out a more elegant way than a (sry) stupid nickname. There is no reason why Delta (or the player) has no significance to the plot at all. The story would work fine without him, maybe even better, imho. There is no clue about why he left his life, why he doesn't talk about it or ... whatever. Seemed to me the writer was just lazy. There are so many amazing dialogues and the writing strewn into the gaps and they seem to be really well done - why the writers decided to make all of the main group alcohol dependent, I don't even care anymore. I would understand it if it would be a thing that really is needed for the plot to work - as in "komorebi can only work if people drink themself stupid" or "living with komorebi is so bad you just have to use every way you can find to escape" or "the government sells booze this cheap so nobody is interested in thinking about throwing off the system" - but then the question would arise why every single one of them is drinking themself stupid at every possible opportunity. What is missing for me is one character that is criticising or even just judging/commenting on this behaviour. They are not acting like grown ups at all, more like a bunch of 16 ys olds. For me the whole game felt very wrong because of this. Even if I'm not playing it as a VN - the whole "plot" is that there are no really choice options, you get put back on the railroad by force in the game - but reading it as a novel I have absolute no sympathy for Delta, the main character. He might as well not be there. The romance part wasn't either (I tried Dante and Kyron and in the end all I got was a fade to black after a kiss... just why put it in there at all?) so what's the point of making it a VN with romance options at all and not a comic or webtoon? Even if this is part of the plot - being brainwashed or something (I still don't get the glitches or why Delta couldn't decide anything sometimes)- I was not enjoying the whole thing. I love the voice cast but was totally disappointed how this game turned out. Absolutely not what I imagined when playing a dystopian visual novel. The start was really promising but there are so many loose ends and questions and well... maybe I don't get why the "hard drinking" and "alcoholic" tropes are so romanticized in this game. Maybe the writer thought the needed an exuse to get the characters to open up? I don't get it. And those "gummies" they took before playing the pen and paper adventures? Might add the "TW: Drug abuse" as well. People can have a great time without drugs or alcohol, thank you very much.

Das Spiel ist einfach wow die geschichte ist perfekt die charaktere sind unglaublich wundervoll eines der besten games was ich dieses jahres spielen durfte ich hoffe es kommt mehr davon ich würde sogar dafür spenden.
