I'm still on the fence about whether I fully enjoy this game, but so far, it's not too bad, so I'm tentatively recommending it. I'll update my review if the game fails to stick the landing.
One aspect I do like is the concept of the light gun. It's an interesting mechanic that only illuminates dark areas, which sounds cool in theory, but I haven't found it necessary yet. I haven't encountered many situations where it's so dark that I couldn't see, so I'm curious to see how it will evolve as I progress. The light gun concept does remind me of another game I've played, The Light Keeps Us Safe. Overall, it's an intriguing game, and I'm curious to see how it develops.
