In my opinion, a basic smooth Chinese translation is very important to increase sales. I understand that the producers don't have the budget right now, but I suggest that you could turn to the game community to take advantage of player-initiated translation projects in order to reduce costs. To achieve this goal, the production team needed not money, but the determination to release Chinese translations, and the patience to communicate with the game community. I hope the producer can consider my suggestion.
