DB BR 423，和DB BR 426是同门兄弟。
Munich-Augsburg线路边上S3城际线的车，和DB BR 426一样有点难操作，不是特别稳重的车，还是英铁城际好，稳重一样跑得快。
任务好像也是标准和职业一式两份。排点比较紧，分少，满分也不够奖牌，还要极限操作。还有个任务居然会有乘客拉紧急制动，那么乘客拉就拉吧，还扣我分，本来分连奖牌都不够，还要拿去给他的错误埋单！？策划要没毛病太阳从北边出。
总之能不买就别买。
