I honestly don't know why so many people liked this game. The gameplay is boring. The story doesn't make sense. I almost fell asleep. You're supposed to walk slow and whack guards with a stick or sneak around. There's marked dark areas and you cover your eyes to get into "thief vision". So hide in dark corners, watch patrols, and walk slow. Rinse and repeat.
There's no depth to the gameplay. Worst of all, it's inconsistent. Guards would sometimes just catch you even though you did the same thing last time and were able to knock them out. Sorry, I can't give a game a proper chance when it's this shallow.
