I really love the concept, but the fights get more and more gimicky. I don't want to have to ready every ability on every enemy or risk autodying. I'd prefer intuitive abilities you can discern from the gameplay.
still a recommend, at least for the first 10 fights or so. and I loved the skill trees.

Weird review as the game is great fun, very much playable and in much better condition than most "AAA" games are at "launch" despite being in Early Access. It is definitely worth the (currently 6.59 €) price.
However, I am still going to have to not recommend it, as it has clearly been abandoned.
