An incredibly challenging and non-interactive puzzle presented as a short book.
All you can do is flip through the pages of the book. You barely interact with the "game" at all.
The puzzles require your own research as well as a solid understanding of cryptography. The theme of the game is Medieval alchemy. Prepare to search through many Wikipedia articles of famous alchemists from the 16th and 17th century.
I did not come anywhere close to solving this on my own. I gave up after a few hours of making modest progress on the first puzzle. Reading through spoilers for the rest of the puzzles, I was correct to quit and give up on this game.
I'm sure there's an audience for a puzzle challenge this abstract and complex, but that audience is not me. I'm not really sure who it is for, because I cannot comprehend the level of intellect, patience and sheer amount of free time of a person would could solve this.
