The game is fun but its Ubisoft that is the problem. Don't support them.

Probably one of my favourite Ubi games, even if the play time doesn't reflect that, been a long time fan of Ubisoft games, but I guess now I paid for a game and DLC that I do not own and can lose access to at any moment some corpo decides he needs another tax cut.
10/10 game, but I no longer recommend buying any of Ubi's games unless they change back the EULA, or make their games the price of a subscription service, because that's basically all you are going to get buying their games from now on.

This is actually a great game, but the developers are being massively let down by Ubisoft. I'm a committed offline gamer, which is getting harder and harder in this day and age where gaming platforms would have you log in to a damn cup of coffee just to prove you own it. This game is basically unplayable if you don't have the high speed internet connection necessary to log into Ubisoft's glitchy af app that constantly needs some useless download. All so they can get a lil internet handshake every single time I want to play the game. There's an "offline mode" that doesn't work, which Ubisoft are apparently aware of since it's a specific check box on their complaint form (to which you get a smug 'thanks for your feedback' and nothing else). I travel in a van, I like to game on rainy days, but if I'm anywhere except the middle of Sydney CBD I can forget about it. In summary: fuck you Ubisoft, no one normal wants to play games online, you're the morning people of gamers, the cyclists of the SSD, the mouth breathers in my graphics card, get over yourselves and let offline gamers play.

Excellent game, but the Ubisoft launcher feels like a virus on my computer. It keeps opening at random, (while I'm in the middle of something else) and It only causes frustration for me.

God this is so frustrating! I lost my account and asked for Ubisoft support and it took a whole day it has an error showing that "Game linked to different account" a bunch of emails I don't know sent all the screenshots to support only to loop again to a different support after being asked to close the ticket. It's so frustrating, then I downloaded a pirated version and it only took an hour and a half then got to play the game there instead. It's amazing that it took me almost 9 hours conversing with support for just an hour and a half to play a pirated game.
Here's the tip don't buy any Ubisoft products just pirate it the support sucks, the launcher sucks, all security sucks you won't get your game activated anyway so why bother, just ditch this company and pirate the game you'd be more happier and financially recover to whatever this company pumps.

Love city building/strategy games and this is definitely one of the best. Can't believe Ubisoft made a game that I like. The world's full of surprises.

This game is an amazing city builder, with the biggest downside being that it's unfortunately a Ubisoft game. Fuck Ubisoft. Fuck your dysfunctional launcher.

I personally like to play this game in a stress relief way. I haven't even made it to the full end of the game, I just enjoy building pretty cities and managing supply chains. If you like monitoring inventory and satisfaction, I can say you'll probably enjoy this game. While it's no SimCity, it still scratches the itch.

The dev replies about Ubisoft Connect is just embarrassing, its a shame that a good game like this one needs to be under the most disastrous company in gaming.

Was excited to give this a try, especially as I'm interested in the new Roman one that's releasing soon. Unfortunately, it force installs a Ubisoft launcher when you try to run it, and then insists you must add a game key to said launcher. On top of forcing me to download their extra garbage, the instructions for finding said key detailed on Ubisoft's website are incorrect. Nope. Uninstalled their bloatware, refunded the game, and no longer interested in purchasing the new game either.
