A phenomenal masterpiece of a game, great progression not to rushed or to slow, and a perfect balance of puzzle solving and exploration, lets you go at your own pace and has a great graphic design and storyline.

One of the best games to come from the wonderful minds of ACE Team, and a story that absolutely took me by surprise with how heartfelt and heart breaking it is, and it sucks that it flew under the radar. Please support this team, they're incredibly talented and inspired creators and artists that paint worlds unlike anyone else in the industry. (I've already played through the game on a different storefront to the end.)

This game is a hidden gem. I story is really interesting from the start. I don't want to spoil anything because this is more something you should experience. The music is top-notch and the fact the soundtrack was released free is baller and I will be adding it to my regularly listened to playlists. The world really interesting and if you like speculative biology and were fascinated by subnautica's world, you'll love this.

To preface, all of the artistic aspects, like the creature design, world-building, music, etc. are really fantastic. Ace Team always knocks this out of the park. However, I'm just not enjoying the gameplay. It's pretty much a walking simulator with extra steps. Go from point A to point B while trying not to die. The few puzzles are so simple that they aren't even worth considering. The game also has multiple timers that are constantly ticking down (water, food, cylinder) which create constant anxiety. The movement is clunky and buggy, and I would frequently get stuck inside geometry. Also, the "Open World" tag on the store page is simply not true, and I don't understand why people are tagging it as such. It's a 100% linear experience. Imagine if you were playing No Man's Sky, but you were stuck on the same planet forever and the whole planet was one long hallway. That's what this game is. Very sad that I'm not enjoying this, because I love Ace Team.
