Combat Wings
Positives:
+ The sea has good graphics
+ Ok sounds
+ When there is some sort of variation on the missions or environment
+ Freedom feel
+ Quite easy for beginners and arcade gamers
+ Different planes to fly and weapons to use
+ 20+ small missions (which often takes about 5-10 minutes each)
+ Can be quite fun for a while
+ Savegames
+ 3-4 hours of length in total
Negatives:
- If you are looking for realistic simulation, this is not it
- Not a lot to see or do
- Draw distance is too low even on the highest settings
- So-so to bad graphics on everything (except the sea)
- The voiceover is just weird at best
- Widescreen resolutions are stretched
- Some severe bugs (making it impossible to finish some missions, so you must start over again till it works)
If you are looking for some quick arcade flight fun for a few short moments, this is an ok title to play.
If you are looking for quality simulation flights, this is definitly not the game to play.
But if you take it for what it is, its possible to have some fun.

PS! If the game crashes on start up do this:
Go to c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\combat wings\movies
Remove the movie file and start the game. It should now be fixed.
