Best written, funniest game I've ever played 10/10 masterpiece. Posting old cartoons should not be illegal.

An extensively decorated, late 90's world with life and character driven into every web page. The puzzles were challenging yet were very cleverly executed (except for the SamWiches). I loved every part of this game.

Super fun game about internet browsing in the late 90s! While I was not around for that era of internet I can say that this game is really charming, fun, and seems to hold some sort of authenticity to how it was like back then. Also a relatively short game but with lots to checkout.

The Hypnospace world is so well-realized and inviting that I just want to keep spending time in it. It’s charming and genuinely funny in a very human way. I need to find time to play this more

It has Gumshoe Gooper AND Squisherz. It's peak.
But for real, its a super fun exploration of the older internet and recreates the different types of web pages super well. There are all kinds of easter eggs and secrets to find while completing the main missions and it can be easy to get lost on the web. My only complaint is one of the final puzzles is a tad bit particular with where you click for navigating an on-site maze. That may have been purposeful to replicate the style of the time, but I feel like an exception could've been made for gameplay's sake

13/14 achievements.
The concept of the game is fun and it's fun to play detective and figure stuff out, just by reading webpages and downloading sketchy software. Near the end it gets a bit cryptic, and I had to resort to a guide. Since one of the achievements requires you to visit ALL pages in the game, I don't think I'll be bothering. But maybe I feel different about it in the future and will do a replay to get the stuff I missed.
e: Got all achievements except finding all the pages. Fuck that.

I both love and hate finding unique, never-been-done-before games with immensely absorbing concepts.
I love them because they prove that quirky and interesting concepts are waiting to be uncovered and brought to life.
I hate them because they're too unique and, once you finish them and suffer an itch to play something like them, you spend countless hours searching for similar games that simply do not exist.
Oh, and there's mod support.
I adore this game.
