pleasant 3-hour post-apocalyptic walking sim, exploring an abandoned place and examining items to figure out what happened to the inhabitants and the world itself 300 years ago. no puzzles or anything, so won't be for everybody. really slow movement speed as well, made worse by having to walk back and forth and the final section. a lot of unnecessary ellipses too. there's a handy map and a hotspot indicator at least. and a knight rider and dune reference, don't see those often enough.
annoying gibberish without a separate speech volume setting. it's lazily bundled with sound, which it is but it also serves as speech, so should be adjustable on its own. and of course the cursed typewriter effect, every sentence has to be clicked if you read faster than a 5-year-old.
fine otherwise, looks and sounds really nice, decent settings. resolutions, windowed mode, languages, sfx and music slider, v-sync, anti-aliasing, brightness, rebindable controls and manual saving anytime, with autosaves on location change. and while the mouse is not really necessary, it works in menus. they almost had it all, with a bit more attention it would've been even better.
