I was amazed by how much there is to this game. To be honest i thought I was just going to toddle around in the center of town and it seem a 'little' boring.
I'm engaged with this game and that is the thing.
It has so much more than I could have dreamed.

I wanted to like it, I truly did. This isn't the cozy, Animal Crossing like I was promised. I didn't expect it to be on par with one of Nintendo's best franchises but it just fails to deliver on everything. None of the animals are interesting to talk to beyond 3 sentences, there's little to do after the early game besides grind, the exploration is minimal. The ONLY okay thing is the customization mechanics but they are buggy to work with and the placement boxes are wonky. It's a pretty game, that's it.
It would be okay if it was early access but the devs say THIS is the complete game? Seriously? I'd be embarrassed if my creative project came out like this and the devs should be too. It's clear it's made to suck you in for 2 hours so you cannot refund it.
Trust me, I tried to love it after a certain YT video sung its praises. I tried to tell myself it would get better or I'm placing too high of expectations on it but it's clear after I bought it from early access years ago this opinion won't change. Please do not buy this, there are so many better cozy games out there from other indie devs. Try Spiritfarer or Stardew Valley instead.
