i bought a one month patron pass and for the last 109 minutes i have been trying to play this game and it will not load contacted help and have heard nothing

I bought the Patreon pass from Steam and it credited to my account perfectly. It did take about 30 minutes or so to show up on my Glyph account. All the negative reviews are probably just from people being to impatient! The only issue I can see is the fact that you can only buy one of these for the Rift game linked to your Steam account. It seems to be set up wrong and multiple purchases should be allowed. A small issue as you can set up a subscription plan.

I was all excited to discover there was a way to get the patron pass that was displayed in my currency, problem being that it's 'in my library' and can't be purchased again after the first time. Basically they're charging you a one off version of their cheapest option, which normally requires you to subscribe for a whole year to receive that price, and not making any effort to indicate that; probably hoping we're too stupid to work it out for ourselves.

It came through on my Trion/Gamigo account, no problem. There is a bit of lag between the time of purchase and when it becomes accounted for though. So be patient. Side note, yes, you can only purchase it the one time, so best saved for a sale.

Not only can you not repeat this, it also doesn't award you any in-game Daily Patron gifts nor even qualify for the Rift Steam cards. This is a pretty broken feature, I'd suggest staying away from it. Just use the in-game prompt to pay or the official website (and let Gamigo get the other 30% they lose on Steam).

Once you buy one month of Patron Pass from steam. Steam decides you cannot buy the pass for the next month because it is already in your library.
