Constant updates introduce more bugs than they fix. A technical crapshoot that outweighs the gameplay's merits.

It is a very good port. That animations are nice and having the game do all the bookkeeping is awesome. If you've played the board version you won't need much help with the interface ... it is very clean! If you enjoyed the board game you'll love this port!
I have only one suggestion and one minor complaint:
1. Suggestion: It would be very nice (and speed up the game) if you could sort your cards into piles such as "Play first" or "late game cards" or "play this turn". The current set up means a fair amount of rethinking stuff as you go through the deck each turn.
2. Complaint: Twice now I've had issues with tags not being counted correctly. I wasn't allowed to pay for the diversifier award even though I had 8 different tags showing. I wasn't given credit for one of them .. and no, I did NOT have the "?" tag. In fact playing a "?" later DID change the count. ON a separate occasion I need two earth tags to play a card. I had one off a corp card, playing a second earth tag didn't increase the count on tag window, nor did the third or forth register. The fifth tag DID register in the tag window and I was allowed to play the card that require 2 earth tags. By that point I was just assuming I'd never play the card and was playing earth tags for other reasons.

Devs, why are you making it harder for me to see my cards and mine and opponents' resources?
When I draw a card, I don't see what the card is, I only see its back until I look at my cards. If it's the end of the turn, my cards are blacked-out so I can't easily read them and I have to re-order them chronologically, but the order is not obvious so I have to click two or three times to make sure I'm looking at the latest cards added to my hand. Why not just grey-out the "SELECT" button at the bottom of the card to indicate a card can't be played, instead of obscuring everything? That also makes it harder to plan ahead at the end of my turns. Why make my life harder this way?
When I'm considering using a card that removes resources from a player, it used to be that the resource of both players would be displayed but no more after the latest update. Now I have to exit whatever card overlay I'm in, click the opponent's name, look at their resources, then go back in and decide what to do with the card.
The actions interface cannot be re-ordered. Actions are listed in the order in which they are added to it and there's no way to place say two or three actions that give you an animal next to each other so I can easily use them together.. If I have more than a few actions the interface gets very fiddly to navigate and it doesn't help that the scroll order seems to change at random.
In general, I like the game but the interface is so, so clunky that makes playing rather miserable. Thumbs down.

It's a fantastic game that makes the board game more streamlined for a larger audience. Playing this w/ friends in a strategy based semi-co-op fashion as you play a group of corporations that are accelerating the hospitable conditions of the red planet from investing in bio-engineering plants & microbes to causing a volcano to erupt or even dropping a nuke. The only thing that may put people off from the game is....length of time. Now yes you could do a flash game by playing this 30 minutes to even 1 hour at a time, but quite honestly, playing this as a 2 hour game can drag for some players. I would prefer if there was an option to customize the time to your liking (i.e. 90 minutes would be perfect), but w/ the amount of expansions included w/ this game, it'll help speed things along (especially if you have the prelude expansion, that'll cut a lot of time out of the game w/ friends). Highly recommend, can't wait when Colonies & Turmoil to name a couple get added in the future.

It's a good game, and the implementation is decent -- except for the bugs. All the time, bugs. Almost every update and "hot fix", more new bugs. Now it goes into an infinite loop at the end of most rounds. You can exit to the main menu, and then resume the game to go on to the next turn, but every time? C'mon devs, do better.

Addictive and fun, but you need DLC to make the best out of it!

I originally bought this game because I played the board game and wanted to play with my online friends.?
I can tell you right now to check the discussions for this game. It's good for single player but very bad for multiplayer.
If you want to play with your friends, I recommend getting Tabletop Simulator instead and getting the Terraforming Mars DLC instead, even if it isn't quite as "pretty" as this game.
