I enjoyed the hell out of this, I'm surprised others didn't.

shitty ass devs think a childrens game can handle actual bossfights unlike the maingame where literally nothing happens. theres a reason bullshit like this is modded. the dlc is peak, death deals were made by an actual lobotomite whos never played the game themselves.

Adding onto the base game, This is a great DLC for A hat in time. The two main features added is both the new chapter "Arctic cruise" and a new post-game mode titled "Death Wish" To get my main gripe with this DLC out of the way, Arctic cruise is very underwhelming compared to other chapters of the game, mainly because it only has 3 acts opposed to the usual 6. This leads to it feeling like it's over before it really began, and as such I didn't find myself getting that much invested into the chapter. A huge shame as what is there is amazing! Just wish it went on a little longer... And now, Death Wish. Depending on what kind of experience you like will entirely dictate how you like this portion of the DLC. Do you like the game as a casual experience? Then this is NOT AT ALL for you. Death wish is very difficult and isn't the same casual like game you'd get from a base A hat In Time, even with the easier "Peace and Tranquillity" enabled (A mode that causes the Death Wishes to be easier) it can still be a hassle to complete. For more competitive players or just more skilled ones who want a challenge this is basically perfect. It doubles down on all the mechanics of base game and makes it far more challenging with some cool cosmetic rewards up for grabs. All in all, this DLC is flawed but still a fun time nevertheless, If you enjoy difficulty in games then I can't recommend it more, but if you're looking for a something simmilar to base game then I'd recommend purchasing the other DLC "Nyakuza Metro" for something more akin to base game.

Meh. It's more A Hat In Time, so it's gonna be good no matter what, but it's definitely the weakest level in the whole game. It's long, tedious, confusing, and buggy, but still has that fun, cute charm. Seal The Deal is good, just INSANELY difficult. It's like Celeste's Farewell chapter, except it feels more like BS then an interesting challenge. Still, it's more content for a game I love, and it's pretty cheap too.

The Act 6 is short, but enjoyable. The seals are so damn cute!!! Its a bonus to death wish: 111 stamps (or 114 with Act 7) crazy challenges, 3 stamps for most levels. If you wanted your Celeste side B/C, (okay maybe more like 70% B, 30% A.) this is the DLC you want. None are straight unfair, simply requiring precision from the player. Creates a very satisfying completion.
