I said some pretty bad things about surgeon simulator 1 but this fucking game is another level. Surgeon simulator 1 atleast was fun some of the time when you understand the controls a bit but this game is the worst game i've ever played and it misled me by saying it had full co op and creation mode and all the other modes but then for no FUCKING REASON THEY GOT RID OF ALL OF IT, EVERY SINGLE BIT OF CONTENT EXCEPT THE SHITTY STORY MODE IS GONE I MEAN WHAT THE FUCK. I wish i could take legal action against these guys because they practically scammed me and many others so if the developers read this which they 100 percent won't but if by some off chance they do then i hope you fucking die in a fucking pit of fucking shit you fucking fuck fuck fucky developers and stop fucking over your consumers fucky fuckface fuck fucky fucking fucks any ways the 1 thing that this game does well is in the main menu song for the first bit of it it sounds like a beeping noise in the hospital and then transitions into a different type of noise that sounds nothing like a beeping noise in the hospital but like a cool sounding noise and the the transition is very smooth, thats the only thing i like about this game. Everything else in this game is completely garbage and is literally unplayable. Whoever has a positive review on this game is just an old review or someone who is completely delusional because this game is objectively bad at this point, i hate you dumb bossa studio or whatever your fucking name is.
