6/10 This is a buggy asset flip that you should not buy if you are looking for a western. That being said this game is fun to just waste some time and practice your aim. I would love to see multiplayer added as it could definitely bring some more life to this game.

Game has potential, but very buggy and I don't think the devs care anymore considering this was taken off early access in this state. Enemies either get stuck or not move at all until you get near enough. Campaign is too short, and the free DLC is basically a different game that's just barebones.

Since I don´t want to spend two weeks worth of food to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 (one day they will give me the discount I deserve), I decide to try this poor man´s version of a western shooter. The graphics are blocky, minecraft-style, which I don´t like, and there´s way less music than I expected (and less sound effects, too). But there´s something about the gameplay that kept me playing it. There´s just the right amount of challenge to it. If you pay attention, you´ll have the upper hand, but if you get cocky, you die. I was going to refund it, but since it is costing the price of a couple of bread rolls (during the Halloween sale), I might skip breakfast one of these days and keep this little game. Few things beat the sound of a revolver going off. CONS: - the lack of other sound effects, like horse hoofs, steps on the sand, train gears, etc. the only sound sound effects are shots and dying cries. - Dying cries are all male sounds, even if it´s a woman dying; - some of the enemies use a machine gun (?!? not sure they were available at that time), which forces you to use one too; - the best soundtrack is in the quick mode, not story mode! (not exactly a con, more a complaint) PROS: - simple and addictive gameplay; - Smart AI: although some enemies are dumb, others run away when getting shot, others try to flank you, and they actually pursue you; it´s more challenging than it seems; - look and feel of Wild West, better than other cheap games; - great casual game, easy to go in and out, doesn´t require too much commitment or immersion; - damn fun to play, it keeps me getting back; perfect game to start an all-nighter gaming session with lots of games; - This game is proof that, at the end of the day, what really matters is gameplay, not graphics or story. I definitely recommend it.

Take that is a fast-paced Western shooting game. Which has many mods aside from the Story that can make you play this game for a bit longer time.
Pros:
This game doesn't have too many pros but I'll mention the most important 2 for me. - The developers made a realistic version of the game which look amazingly good. It’s nowhere near RDR2 but it’s something to play with. - Many mods that can make you play a tidy bit longer. So, the game has other stuff to offer.
Cons:
This is where it gets interesting. The game has many flaws and missing or wrong audio. Let’s start this list. - There’s no sound for footsteps and the atmosphere is awfully quiet. Could have loved some music in the background or even some air passing by. - Wrong audio sounds for weapons in the DLC (Fire, reload). (Yes, I’m looking at whoever made the audio) - Wrong animations for reload for most weapons or even all of them in the DLC. (I’m also looking at you animator) - The Story is quite simple yet so short. I managed to finish it in 7 minutes or so. Thou I didn’t understand much from the story but I get the main point. - The hero spawns with too much weapons rather than just finding them. I mean how is it possible to carry all that weight and still running? - I encountered some hit register issues. Which I shoot 2 mags to the head with a Sniper and the AI still didn’t even take damage. - You just teleport through doors, meaning that there isn’t any door opening/closing animation. And the houses need a bit of renovating. Despite they’re full of probs they look empty to me. - I was expecting this game to have some kind of Co-op/Lan. Because it’s really fun to play it with friends. I hope that’s going to be added sooner or later.
Overall
Take that is a good game to pass time because of its fast-paced theme, and the mods add to the replayability factor. The developers seem to listen to their fans, and that’s good thing to do. Overall, it’s a good game, 6.6 rating.

Even considering that this game is in Early Access I don't see that it has any real potential. It would take a radical overall to it's art style, game mechanics, AI, story telling, difficulty scaling, and UI. The gun fighting, which should be the most polished part, is clunky and dull. Enemies are thrown at you in a single lump from the beginning of the round leaving no room for tactical development and the gun selection is bizarre and anachronistic. There is no justification offered for this occurence either. There's nothing worth waiting around for. I was hoping for a throwback to the game Outlaws from the 90s, which should be the template for a game like this, however even setting aside my expectations I could not finding anything compelling in this game. All of this was immediately noticeable within 2 minutes but I gave it longer just to see if anything jumped out at me.

A fun western shootout game thats super cheap. Something thats easy to pick up and play and can clearly have some really difficult levels and challenges that require some skill. Overall a fun game that is not trying to do to much and can serve as a braindead shooter game while you listen to music and zone out. Also getting this for 83 cents makes it even more worth the price. Solid Experience.

Great concept with fantastic art style and maps design i like the fact that the dev decided to stay away from the multiplayer to focus on singleplayer content and thats why i bought it. stiil needs alot of work and balancing but i have high hopes for this one Looking forward for new content

While I liked the simplicity of it, the fact that it is stuck in a loop where the 4th scenario just keeps repeating itself over and over, not allowing me to continue with the campaign, requires that I give it a thumb's down. boo.

Unfinished buggy mess. -Floating objects -enemies spawning outside the map -the cover system is broken -cowboys speaking with emojis -the music cuts out in the mission I would say it's an okay game if it was free

I'd like to play this against my friends in a Deathmatch or even Battle-Royale Mode. I hope you'll develop a multiplayer mode, expescially private multiplayer lobbys. :) The singleplayer mode is funny, but its getting boring after a while. Please don't stop developing, it can become a great multiplayer game.
