I grew up with games like this. This one, there was Kings Quest and all of its sequals and Police Quest. BAck when computer gaming came out, Leisure Suite Larry was one of the core games you would grow up playing. Played it in the 80s and love it today still. Poor LArry. My husband's name is Larry as well. Just not unlucky in love. ROTFLMAO.

i just started it but it reminds me of the Freddie Fish type games my kids played when they were little. Very slow paced, lots of talking and cut scenes, and really rudimentary point and click game play. Very disappointing.

I do not believe this game is worth its full sticker price, but when its 95% off I think its a why not.
A revitalization to a franchise that I thought was good for dead, Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry tries to modernize Larry and his whole shenanigans. There were a couple of funny moments but overall I thought the humor is just not the same when compared to the OG franchise. In all intensive purposes, its not even the same concept as the original games. This might be a large turn off for die hard fans but as a casual Point & Click enjoyer, I think the whole vibe is something uniquely itself when compared to other Point & Click games from this generation.
The actual game is buggy, as I hear a lot of people suffer from random crashes. I had it happen once (luckily at the beginning of my playthrough). Just make sure to save a lot to avoid this problem.
Nothing new, nothing innovative, but a quick fun Point & Click game that is well worth its discounted price tag.

A nice back on nostalgia lane, though not as good as the original serie.
A good buy on sales. 7 out of 10.

Still as corny (heehee corny) as ever. Although there are elements in this game that are a little cringe, the devs and writers were able to make it so that it's part of the jokes in this game.
I had a lot of fun and laughs playing this game and unveiling the story.
I believe this game was short story-wise, but it's a great open for the franchise to spring back onto its feet again. Especially after the disaster of Magna Cum Laude.
Currently playing the sequel as well, and I'm not disappointed with it.

So, I read a few negative reviews. Basically, game is full of stupid and sexist jokes. Well, DUH.
If toilet humour and extremely stupid or sexist jokes make you sick or anxious, maybe you shouldn’t be playing this game in the first place. It’s like complaining about guns in Call of Duty or that there's a ball in EA FC. Come on.
Larry is sexist, old, and full of toilet jokes—some of them land, some don’t—but that’s fine, it's on the edge. If you're a snowflake who can’t understand that humour is subjective and varies from person to person, then don’t play it. What’s weird or offensive to you might be hilarious to someone else.
The game is fun, especially if you grew up on point-and-click adventures like I did. I haven’t finished many of them, but this one kept me curious about what’s next. And yes, there are a few dumb jokes—but that doesn’t mean the whole game is bad. I would probably recommend this more than the sequel.

Review by a female gamer if that's what you are looking for.
It's not a porn game. it's a comedic one. So be prepared for a ton of parodies and jokes with just a smidge of sex - it's a guy's game after all. What I mean is that the game is by Larry's pov and all that he cares about is to score - does that ring any bells?
Throughout the game, Larry can be a lovable idiot or a disgusting jerk - player's choice, but in either case, he is hilarious. The writers knew their job and had no mercy at all.... every joke possible is there, however be at easy, there isn't a moment where you think they have gone too far. They criticized a lot of things, but nothing that made me think in giving up the game. So yeah. The story is that good.
The graphic is very pretty, cartoon style. The music is unremarkable. The actors' voices, however, are amazing. Half of my fun was to hear the amazing cast who gave voice here.
The only problem, in my opinion, goes for the quality of some puzzles that from the middle to the end take a large leap of imagination from the player to solve them. Really, some combinations make no sense and only the fact that there is nothing else made them an option.
