I really want to recommend this game, but it's quite hard to do so. Finding the positives is not hard. It's a beautiful looking game, with good music, and if you're curious to learn a bit about Hindi mythology, you'll enjoy it. The game is also great to pick up if you don't have much time and can even be finished in a single session if you're good. Unfortunately, there are no real puzzles to speak of, which one might expect with it being like Prince of Persia. The main problem I experienced (playing with controller) is the combat. The concept in itself is good, where correct timing of dodge/attack is required, however, there are a few minor issues. The timing itself requires a bit of getting used to, and there's not much game time for that. It's hard to land attacks/combos, in part because of the camera angle, and in part because of how many attacks are coming at you at a time. There are cheese moves, so it's hard to not resort to those, but I'd still recommend to fight without them. You can sustain yourself well enough in fights and the moves won't help you in the final boss fight. The final boss fight is the gem of this game, in a way... It is by far the most fun fight, but also the most challenging, and not always for the right reasons. The combat in this game suffers from one major problem: it is possible to take damage from multiple attacks in an instant. This can lead to you losing chunks of health in mostly unavoidable ways, and in one, somewhat unlikely instance, instant death. These occasions are extremely frustrating. There are ways to make the boss fight easier, the easiest being switching to KBM. Alternatively, there's a spot on the boss's health bar where you can spam attack and deal a lot of damage over a short period of time, though it takes a bit of practice to execute it consistently. All in all, if you buy this game at a discount, and you know what to look out for, you won't be too disappointed. The game is still enjoyable despite its flaws in combat and it's a beautiful game to take your time with and look at, instead of just trying to rush through to the next fight.

A beautiful looking game, but the gameplay is mediocre. I bought this game because I never played any Indian games before, I googled if there's any good Indian games and found this. I finished it in like 9 hours, can't say I really enjoy it. The art style is beautiful, music is astonishing, but those things can't make it a good game. The story is quite simple and straightforward, your little brother is captured by a demon, and your goal is to save him, there's only a few characters in the game, it might be more interesting if you're into Hindi mythology, for me, it's just an average game plot, nothing epic. My major complain about this game is the combat, it's just boring, everytime when a fight starts, you're locked in a small area, and a bunch of enemies will appear around you, I played on the highest difficulty, but the difficulty only comes from enemy's insanely high HP, they still have the same attack patterns and aggressiveness, nothing challenging, you just have to dodge more times and do jump attacks over and over again, and if there's a wall or colume on the battlefield, you can simply do the walljump attack to kill them all without getting hit for once. The enemy variety is pretty decent for a short game like this, but no matter how they attack, you can deal with them in the same way. It's better to play it with mouse and keyboard, it's way smoother than controller especially when you're using the bow and chakra in the final boss fight. The game is ok, if you're fond of Hindi mythology, you can try it, but if you're just a casual player who thinks a game sets in India is unique and wanna try it, you might be disappointed.
