The game is good, this and multiple other Borderlands titles have a special place in my heart, too bad people in charge are stupid af *cough* Randy (child usb pron, bonus salary stealing, critisism avoiding, franchise ruining, voice actor/staff beating, poop joke liking, twitter manchild) Pitchford.
EULA 2025
• Mods are a bannable offense
• Saying something in game or using Borderlands content in the back of your discussion/critisism videos that Take-Two deems as offensive/toxic can now warrent a ban or even court.
• Display of Cheats/Exploits is bannable
• Forced arbitration so long as it is permitted in your region
• You can be banned for the using a VPN while connecting to online servers
• Cannot access game content on a Virtual PC
• They reserve the right to modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time
Not only that but they violate your privacy rights by collecting data outside of the game(passwords, browsing history, location, billing info, device and usage data)
Seeing in what state they left Pre-Sequel with no dedicated drops, quality of life changes or the rest of the DLC's and then further banning people for using mods such as Community Patch that fixes alot of the problems that the vanilla game was left with is ignorant at best and dim-witted at worst.

Well, it WAS a good game, now however Gearbox has been devoured, and Take Two is using the IP to install spyware and engage collection of personal information and online activity data to such a degree that the FBI should be investigating. They even boast about it in their new terms of use. They claim it their right to "collect data of any account related to the service" which according to them somehow includes all web browser and mobile phone accounts, I should also point out to Valve's legal dept includes your Steam account. Then they claim right to any info they want, including but not limited to real names, dates of birth, home addresses & contact info, login & passwords, browser history, email and phone contact lists, location data from your phones, online purchase histories, and payment information, which includes your bank account and credit card numbers. Then of course they claim "it's their right" when they sell all of it to any who will pay, no questions asked.

Main game is good but DLCs with no fast travel ruined the whole playing experience. Get it on a discount and spend some time shooting and you wont regret it. I suggest playing the main game before starting Dlc as they can be very time consuming and may ruin your experience.

Fun game but all this advertisement up-selling and privacy invasion updates for a game this old is a pretty low blow, ain't it folks?
Thanks Take Two very cool, now kindly shoot the floor with the Bee and any splash damaging gun of your choice equipped

Having intense lag after the new EULA. I don't know what's causing it, but I can barely play it right now... and I'm in singleplayer.

Yes, it's raw, it's unbalanced, it's light on story, and it's excessively brown, but it's got personality and an incredible gameplay loop. I love it and I keep coming back to it.

Take Two has changed the EULA in 2025 for all Borderlands games to allow data collection in and outside of the games. They also are forcing arbitration on us like Disney did with Disney+. Although I doubt any borderlands theme park will exist, just know you lose rights by accepting the EULA. This game is no longer worth the money online, buy a 360 disc copy of the game instead and play on a 360.
