Necrobarista Reviews
In a back-alley cafe, the dead are granted one last night to mingle with the living. Necrobarista follows a dynamic and diverse cast of characters as they navigate Melbourne's hipstery coffee culture, the questionable ethics of necromancy, and the process of letting go.

WARNING: This is a movie; it is not a game.
(I'm dead serious about this.)
At first, I tried to embrace it as a visual novel, but it is not.
There is a story, and you must click stuff to play the scenes... And that's all.
You take the role of the cameraman in this film, You will never interact at all
with any of the characters because you don't exist; you just watch stuff happening.
Sometimes, you can explore the coffee shop to find "hidden scenes" or "hidden lore". But even then, they are not scenes per se, they are floating text. It doesn't have voice acting, so it feels even less like scenes and more like glorified logs.
In short, this is the equivalent of watching a movie scene by scene, in a Powerpoint format and some times you are asked to move from your sit to click the mouse and keep things going.
WHY am I recommending this still? Because, OH BOY, IT [IS] A GOOD MOVIE. Or at least I think it is... But it is not worth your $19.99, I don't have idea why this is advertised at all as a visual novel. Just... Wait for a discount.
