Bought it to play Thursday The 12th, once the art style really caught my eye, but it makes me pretty sad to see it is one of the only games from the pack to actually work nicely. Most of the games don't seem to be finished, and I don't say it for how short they are, but for how buggy and broken they are presented. It feels like the developers just shat out prototypes and called it the day, not putting much effort or time into their works, and besides Thursday The 12th and Spookids, all the other games felt amateurish, unstable and unplayable to me. Anyway, don't get me wrong, most of the ideas are amazing, and if they received just a little bit more care, for sure Spooky Station would be the most cost-beneficial pack of games from Steam, at least if you're looking for indie pieces.
The thing is cheap as hell, though, and I wasn't expecting much from the beginning. It didn't came as surprise that it would be so poor, but why not wish for better stuff, right?

os jogos são muito bons, mas spookids tem um bug no primeiro level, se ficar muito perto do poste o personagem gruda lá como se fosse um imã! Seria legal se concertassem, mas tirando isso, os jogos são muito bons

A collection of some short but fun Halloween-based video games. Some of them aren't as good as others, but some of them are real gems. I have to absolutely recommend "Spookids," which feels like a classic Genesis-based adventure game. This is definitely a fun way to kill some time.

I love indie games. I love spooky stuff. The overall opinion I have is that this pack of games is worth the $4.
I initially bought it just for Wishing Sarah, as I played Dreaming Sarah and really enjoyed it, and WS is the sequel. Since it was in fact so short and took me less than an hour to beat, I decided to give some of the other games a go. I have NOT played them all yet, but here's how I feel about each so far:
Wishing Sarah - makes sense if you play Dreaming Sarah first, which you should because it's a great little indie game. (Disclaimer: Dreaming Sarah is a totally different art style, longer, and has a lot more going on overall, it is not like Wishing Sarah) WS is super simple, easy puzzles, and looks like old Pokemon games. Pretty cool. I'm eagerly awaiting Awakening Sarah and hoping it's longer than this was. Also, I loved all the pigeon facts I got throughout the game.
Spooky Cooking - The name is a tad misleading, you're not cooking anything. Just pressing space bar or left clicking to shoot pumpkins into a cauldron. It seems almost like it would be better suited as a mobile game, but it's not terrible. Cute little spooky game if you want something more mindless and just to kill time. Actually, it kinda reminds me of a game you would play on Neopets in the Haunted Woods. I wish that most of the achievements were not from this game because I doubt I'll play it enough to get them all, but it is what it is.
Killing Moon - hot garbage. I hated this. The game itself has a lot of issues, like maneuvering your character by clicking and having it not work, and the fact that it is poorly/not fully translated, among others. It didn't have a real sense of direction honestly, and it just was not enjoyable. The only thing I even remotely liked about it was all the references, like Jay and Silent Bob (or Bob Silencio, as the game had him named). Side note, the game starts out with a warning about "disturbing" images, but the sort of retro pixel-y art style makes it not so disturbing.
Spookids - FUN! Not overly challenging, but super fun and has an awesome art style, plus the 4 character options are all so cute. I have only played it alone so far, but I think it would be really fun to play with another person.
Curse Bringer - Lame. Kinda pointless. It was just a few minutes of reading, you barely make "choices". Oh well.
Thursday the 12th - Very short, but funny. The kids love it!
Cosmic Rain - Not bad, but I do get tired of playing it pretty quick. Sort blobs, try not to get hit by weird pumpkin dude. It's cute and the music is nice too. Definitely not the worst game in this pack, but not the best. A really good medium.
Tower of 100 Floors - Fun, but surprisingly difficult! Reminds me of Journey of the Prairie King from Stardew, but with mixed with the dungeons. Also, I absolutely love the graphics. Definitely one of the better games in this pack.
The only game I haven't tried is Worship the Demon Lord With Friends, because it is meant to be played with a second person. I might try it solo, but other reviews say it is not as fun to do so. Guess we'll see, and maybe I will update my review later to reflect.
Overall, it is a pretty neat game pack. I think any indie gamer or fan of spooky stuff could get something out of this, and for $4 it is a lot more than I expected. I am glad I purchased it.

Spooky Cooking is mobile game.
Tower Of 100 Floors is the goat of this collection.
A simpler version of Enter The Gungeon and you play a cat, what more can you ask?
I think I finished Wishing Sarah but if I did there is no ending and the music was irritating as f*ck even for a Gameboy game.
A pretty boring and confusing game without any punch.
The Story mode in Cosmic Rain is a tutorial.
I didn't even finish it because I got a bug where I couldn't move my character so I was f*cked without restarting over and I didn't want to even bother because I was bored.
Thursday The 12Th is fonctionnal but there is barrely a game there, you just click on items in your to do list and that's it.
No punch there either and it's a 5-10 minutes clicking simulator.
Worship The Demon Lord is cancer ear rape.
F*ck this game.
Curse Bringer is also barrely a game.
It's a text based adventure with choices but most of the times you only have 1 choice lol and the game crashed on me at the end.
Killing Moon isn't functionnal.
I had an infirmary key and I tried it on all the doors and it didn't work, even on the one with a big red cross.
If you die you have to restart from the beginning of the chapter you died, that suck.
Spooky Land is an ok game but it didn't catch me well enough I was bored.
It wasn't terrible but it was just mediocre.
Overall this list is pretty bad, I wouldn't even use it to wipe my as*, except for Tower Of 100 Floors.
Edit : I would just get Enter the Gungeon or Nuclear Throne instead since Tower of 100 Floors is the only good game and it's way more repetitive than these 2.

(I'm writing this review in English, as always, even though this is a Brazilian product. You know, I need to practice my English, and I get enough Portuguese practice in my daily life, so yeah.)
One thing that makes me really happy is to see the Brazilian indie market flourishing. Brazil is quite unique in that it's one of the world's few major economies that lacks a significant AAA game industry, but more than makes up for it with its indies. From Momodora to Dandara, our indies are always full of passion.
Spooky Station is a collection of nine short games themed around Halloween. From what I gather, each of these games is made by a different dev team.
Not all games in this compilation are great, but all of them show passion and dedication. Some of the devs involved were still inexperienced at the time this was made, but hopefully they'll keep improving until they can make great things in the future.
I guess it'd make sense to review each game individually, so let's start from the top.
COSMIC RAIN:
Cosmic Rain is an arcade game where you play as a cute "blobmancer" apprentice who, in the wake of the titular Cosmic Rain event, has to show her blobmancing teacher all she has learned in her studies. The core gameplay loop consists of navigating a simple stage manipulating these cute colored "blob" things that fall from the sky. The goal is to add ingredients to a cauldron in the right order. It is really simple, fun and unique.
There are problems, though. First, the game has a time limit, but no on-screen timer. The only indication we get that the time is running out is an hourglass that shows up on screen without any kind of fanfare. If there was an on-screen timer, and the music got faster when we were about to run out, this would be a lot better. Also, the timer keeps running even when you're in a dialog box, which shouldn't happen.
Also, whenever you run out of time, the game doesn't allow you to continue from the level you failed at, instead sending you all the way back to the beginning. This game would work better with a level select screen.
Overall, this game has a fun core loop, but some design oversights keep it from being as good as it could be.
CURSE BRINGER:
Curse Bringer is a choose-your-own-adventure game. I'd call it a graphic novel, but there are no graphics. It's not bad, but it's not my cup of tea.
I can see that a lot of work and love went into it, and the story it tells is not bad, but the game was a bit too empty for me to enjoy. Maybe I'm just too impatient for this kind of game.
KILLING MOON:
Killing Moon is a point-and-click adventure with cool Genesis-esque pixel graphics and nice atmospheric music.
There is a simple HUD containing all the information you need at all times, and the mission objectives are comprehensive and concise. The puzzles in the game are pretty good, as they never require leaps of moon logic, and the solutions always make sense.
With that said, I don't like that the game only saves after you finish a chapter. What if I have to leave before I'm done?
Apart from that, this game is a decent graphic adventure, with a decent horror story to boot. There are multiple endings too, the devs really went the extra mile with this one.
EDIT: it softlocks you if you do things out of order. That's a massive point against it.
SPOOKIDS:
Okay, this one is AWESOME. Spookids is a top-down action shooter in the vein of games like Zombies Ate my Neighbors and Pocky & Rocky. The graphics are lovely, and the music is great. The silly story is super adorable as well.
Unlike shooters that automatically scroll in one direction, this one allows you to freely roam around the level, and occasionally rewards exploration with some secret goodies. I wish more games did that, it's super fun.
This game's core loop consists mostly of shooting enemies and dodging bullets, but there are some platforming sections that are also pretty good. The gameplay flows really well, and the controls are really smooth.
The game apparently supports local co-op for up to four players. I couldn't test the multiplayer since my wife was already asleep at the time I wrote this, unfortunately.
There are some issues, though. Sometimes you may follow a branch in a level that leads you back to an earlier section of it. That's not that bad, but it may lead to the player taking a few unnecessary points of damage before they realize they have to backtrack.
In spite of that small flaw, this game is absolutely excellent. If it weren't for its short length, it'd be well worth the asking price by itself.
SPOOKY COOKING:
Spooky Cooking is a skill game where you have to click the screen at the right time so that the pumpkins will reach the cauldron without hitting any obstacles. The gameplay is simple, but fun.
The graphics go for a kids storybook style rather than a pixel style, and they're super charming. The variety in cute obstacles to dodge is sweet too.
This one is simple but fun. There's little else to say. It's also addictive, I spent a long time playing it.
THURSDAY THE 12TH:
Thursday the 12th is a first-person adventure game with a "comedy horror" vibe to it. You play as a serial killer getting ready for his "big day."
The wholesome atmosphere set by the colorful graphics and silly music contrasts hilariously with the horrible things the main character does. There are dead bodies and creepy stuff all around his house, to which he reacts like a child would react to teddy bears, toys or pets.
Overall, this is a nice little story, but there's pretty much zero gameplay. Still, it's a fun experience worth a playthrough.
TOWER OF 100 FLOORS:
Tower of 100 Floors is a roguelike shooter where you play as a cat scaling the titular tower. In every floor, you need to kill all foes in order to move on. The shooting mechanics are good, and there's a decent variety of weapons and foes.
Roguelikes have this addictive quality to them, so I ended up playing this for much longer than the other games. The game is hard, but never unfair, as it doesn't punish you for things you can't control.
With that said, certain things could be better. The "rolling" mechanic is not very useful, since it makes you slow down to a nearly full stop. Also, it's a bit too easy to fall in pits and water, leading to many premature deaths.
In spite of those problems, this game is pretty good. Hard, but fair. The graphics go for a red on black palette that is really charming, and the music is nice as well.
WISHING SARAH:
Wishing Sarah is a simple top-down adventure game with a Gameboy graphical style. It draws inspiration from games like Yume Nikki, Ib, etc.
The gameplay is really basic, but the nice sad story and funny writing make the game enjoyable all the way to the end.
Like Thursday the 12th, there is little here that I'd call gameplay, but it's a fun experience nonetheless.
WORSHIP THE DEMON LORD:
Worship the Demon Lord is an arcade game with creepy-cute graphics and an adorable Halloweeny atmosphere. It is meant to be played by two people, where they compete to please the demon lord more than the other in a small series of minigames.
I couldn't bring myself to play much of it due to the very bizarre problem with the music. I don't know how to explain it, but it's like it keeps turning on and off constantly, and it's really annoying to listen to.
Anyway, I didn't have a player 2 with me at the time of writing, so I can't give this one a thorough review.
=== FINAL WORDS ===
I'm quite pleased with this small bundle. Some of the games are pretty good, some of them not so much, but all of them show dedication and passion.
Spookids and Tower of 100 Floors are my favorite games in this bundle. The third place is either Killing Moon or Cosmic Rain, not sure which.
All in all, Spooky Station is definitely worth the low asking price. I'm gonna keep an eye out on these developers' future works, eagerly awaiting some more indie goodness from them.

Just played through this collection of little games for the first time and I must say they are very strange, they're mostly quick alternate takes on more popular types of games but they can be entertaining at times.
Cosmic Rain: In this game you just gotta run around dropping eggs into a cauldron or something, you can also stack eggs to create some kinda potions that you use to kill the enemies on the screen so you can throw them into the cauldron too or something, very basic and the controls aren't good but its alright I guess. 3/5
Curse Bringer: This one is just some kinda text adventure game, not really much to this one either, in fact as I was playing it all of a sudden I couldn't continue, whenever I tried to click on the screen nothing happened so I dunno if I got to the end or what. 1/5
Killing Moon: This ones like a top down point and click adventure game, the issue is it seems like there's absolutely no dialogue in the game, like I see the boxes but nothing is written in them, seems to be a bug, can't really play it so can't really give it a rating but it looks cool I guess. EDIT: The no dialogue bug was fixed but now whenever you grab the vodka and leave the bathroom after you talk to the two people the game just freezes, can't move, can't do anything, its problem after problem with this game it seems.
Spookids: Probably the best one so far, its like a top down shooter type thing where you kill pumpkins and skeletons and stuff, pretty fun, seems to have 4 player coop so if you got nothing to do on halloween maybe invite some friends over and play this for the 10 minutes that it lasts. 4/5
Spooky Cooking: This is basically a mobile game, you just press on the screen to shoot pumpkins into a cauldron, spooky monsters come across the screen so you have to time your clicks so you can get as many in before something pops up else you die, very simple, not much to it, its ok I guess. 2/5
Thursday the 12th: A strange little game where you seem to be Jason from Friday the 13th waking up on thursday the 12th and eating some breakfast and then hopping into a car to go on your massacre, very short but is pretty amusing and has some good references including G-Man, lol. 4/5
Tower of 100 Floors: Its basically a cheap version of enter the gungeon, you pick up a gun, you get a randomly generated floor and you shoot the enemies on it, not really my cup of tea but its kinda fun I guess. 3/5
Wishing Sarah: This one kind of looks like pokemon, seems to be similar to Killing Moon except you can walk around freely instead of using the mouse to walk, plus you have a map and stuff, it seemed pretty cool at first but then I got to some maze and all of a sudden I got stuck in it, couldn't press any buttons I was just stuck there in front of 3 doorways so not sure what to do about that, but what I did see of it looked interesting. 3/5
Worship the Demon Lord: This seems to be a 2 player pvp only game where you play as some cat or something and you play a series of minigames while horrifically strange music plays in the background, its a bit weird. 2/5
Overall a decent little collection of short, basic indie games, you could probably beat them all and get all the achievements in this in like a couple hours but I guess it supports some indie dudes so its fine, overall I'd give it a 3.5/5, since its so cheap its worth a check, especially since not many halloween themed games are coming out these days.

Well, there are 9 indie games in this bundle, 4 of them are not particularly interesting to me - that includes 2 dull arcades, one game full of nonsense, and a text adventure. Now the other 5 games are not too bad, although they are not very long. By far the best one is the Spookios which is a top-down arcade with 4 playable characters, but it felt like a demo. Roguelite game is alright, you can play it co-op which is nice, except that it lacks true fullscreen. Also, it has a point&click adventure with the neat art style and terrible interface, I might still play it though. My personal favorite was a first-person exploration game, it just had a good sense of humor which you going to need exploring this bundle. The last one is some sort of RPG-Maker style game, seems alright. I enjoy these bundles just because it's like opening a present, not knowing what you will run into. I don't know how many of these are free somewhere on the internet like itch, but at $4 you might find a few interesting titles.
