The story was very quick to figure out, the puzzles weren't too bad, the graphics are decent, the jump scares are pretty good. I did have one moment where I yelled pretty bad when she flew across the room and up the stairs.

Infliction is a deeply atmospheric psychological horror game that excels at creating a tense and immersive experience. Players explore a seemingly abandoned house, uncovering a haunting story through environmental storytelling, creepy visuals, and a chilling soundtrack. The game’s strength lies in its ability to build suspense through subtle scares, disturbing audio cues, and unsettling environments rather than relying on cheap jump scares. The narrative is emotionally charged, touching on themes of loss, guilt, and trauma, which adds depth to the horror experience. Exploration and puzzle-solving are well balanced, encouraging players to carefully investigate their surroundings while piecing together the story. The detailed environments and realistic sound design contribute significantly to the overall immersion.
