Yes it is cheap but it's also very bad. Extremely low effort from the developers.

Many rooms that are very atmospheric and get you straight in the mood! Story fell a bit short, as the way rooms were connected didn't make much sense. Had a great time playing it with my friends! Looking forwrard for more rooms.

This DLC has a lot of levels so I think for $3 you get a good value. If you like escape rooms with friends, this game has slots for 6 people. You can play with many to solve a variety of mini rooms. I think this one had 3 in total. It took quite some time to escape. There were various elements that you could interact with in the game. You should totally play the free version first though to see if it is in your style. The free version lets you play the mini game, the Mine.
My teammates carried me in this... so that's the only reason I am putting no, since I myself didn't really understand it fully.

Actually the best escape room map i´ve ever played. Three rooms with different challenges. Had a lot of fun completing it with a friend.

it is entertaining but the quality is so and so. we ran into a dead end (apparently a sync issue with the clients) where items needed for the 4 keypad lockers didn't spawn. highly problematic in a game like this as you need to trust that everything is as it should be instead of banging your head against the wall for no reason. we've had similar issues with every on skull escape room so far and the 'reset items' button is in high use. add to that the mouse sensitivity and game volume that resets on each game start and the lack of invert mouse and you don't really get the sense of a finished and high quality product.
still, me and two friends were mostly entertained and the puzzles range from easy to 'i should have understood that earlier' to 'well that didn't really make sense' the latter luckily being the more rare occasion. the price isn't too steep at 2,3 euros a pop so why not.

First free level was super fun and me and my friend had alot of fun playing it, but this dlc had much lower quality puzzles than the first if you miss one little item you can spend hours trying to solve the puzzle and find out that you just needed to pick up a book that was not rendered for you because of a glitch... the puzzles mostly are just find the 4 didget code and there are no puzzles that actually require much thought mostly just trial and error any time me and my friend came up with what seemed like it would be a good solution we would find that the soltion was much simpler and usually just required a random item to be used in a random place... not recomended

I really love playing the Tales of Escape rooms, but this one consists basically only of number-riddles, which I find pretty boring after a while. The other ones had more unique ideas, where you had to combine different items. These were much more interesting.

That was close, I played by myself and it took me about 1.5 hours to get out (with a few hints). This one is a lot more varied than the free one, you travel from a prison to a spaceship to an attic. There were a few jumpscares but overall it wasn't too scary as a game. As an IRL escape room entusiast I was satisfied with what I saw here, definately worth the price.

The first free level was a blast to play with a friend. However, this DLC level was utter trash. Almost all of the puzzles just required you to find the next 4 digit code, and every time there was an opportunity for a clever puzzle solution, the developers instead opted to go with a stupid, simple solution. It also does not mention in the store page that all players must own the DLC, not just the room host. Don't buy any of these DLCs, they are just lazy cash grabs. Several bugs were also encountered that hindered progress.
