I've had my fair share of games that really weren't worth the money i paid for them, but this is straight communism. This was single handedly the worst experience of my life, save yourself.

Found this Escape Room extremely difficult. Very clever but very very difficult to solve. Good luck.

Definitely not as good as the first one. In short, my puzzle-solving partner in crime and I found that the hints and things to find here were too obscure. We got stuck in the first room because while we had interacted with the right item, neither of us had successfully interacted in just the right way. We ended up using 3-4 clues to solve the whole thing, compared to 0 clues on the "demo" level. Beyond the clues being "not great," we also thought that a larger variety of puzzle types would have been a good addition. This was exclusively keypads for entering solutions. I was hoping to be able to recommend this because I actually quite enjoyed the first one - but I don't think this one was worth it. SPOILERS: Specifically, we had trouble with the cash register, the animal pictures (it was too far of a leap for us), and near the end we used clues basically constantly out of frustration - though I think this was an "us" problem not a game problem. We also spent a lot of time trying to solve the travel briefcase too early - we expected that was what was holding us up.

Most dissaponting experience. We played other DLCs from Tales of Escape which were okay, but this part is total trash. Mechanics don't work, the riddles are unreasonable, it just seems like someone wanted to make quick money and did not test the game. Save your money skip this piece of shit.

Played this last night with one other person. We do a lot of escape rooms together in real life so we were excited to try it out in VR. My impressions: -We both played with the HTC Vive and didn't have any issues with stuttering or anything like that. -The physics are a little wonky; objects don't always stack well and if you set objects on top of an object that opens, if you click the openable object on accident what was on top will fall through the lid. -The puzzle difficulty was a pretty broad spectrum, ranging from "literally the code is written somewhere" to "even with hints I don't understand how we were supposed to arrive at the solution" (more on that in spoilers). -We ended up using 3 hints, only 1 ended up helping. Finished with around 10-15 minutes left. -The atmosphere here was less spooky than the room that was bundled with the game. -Being nit-picky, between this, We Were Here, and the Lab, all 3 games use different buttons for movement. This is more of a quality of life thing but I don't understand why the grip button was used for movement over the track pad (again, HTC Vive). I was originally put off by the negative reviews, but I'm glad I gave this a shot. Despite some of the shortcomings I did get to scratch my puzzle-solving itch. I'd recommend it. Spoilers: The shopping list was easily the worst puzzle and I resorted to looking up the solution online. Long story short, when you get to this puzzle for some reason you need to ignore quantities on the list, which doesn't make sense (the hint doesn't make any reference to this detail either), but that's the answer for some dumb reason.

Was all in all a nice dlc. Just had some little bugs. And for color blinded peoples like me it makes it hard to define them. Even for peoples wich are not color blinded. Was same problem on Escape first Game.

So, i have paid for every escape room + DLC that Onskull makes, they've been my favorite thing to do with friends lately - and i'm actually angry at this one. This one should have been the free trial. It's maybe 25 minutes long, the puzzles are incredibly simple, and it's FIVE dollars. For a one time 25 minute playthrough, this is embarassing OnSkull. Don't buy this one.

After playing this particular escape room I can't quite figure out why it's rated badly. After reading a bunch of reviews (Good and Bad, but a lot of bad) I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. This escape room in my own opinion was actually a quite enjoyable experience. Compared to The Mine (The only other one I've played) this one was more clever in the sense that there are a lot of "Distractions". When I say distractions I mean items in this room that try to throw you off, items that don't actually help with anything but try and make you think they are of importance. Having said that, this escape room was a lot trickier then The Mine. Me and my buddy completed this escape room in approximately 50 minutes; although The Mine took longer for us to complete (A little over an hour and a half) I'd have to say this one involved more thinking, as The Mine involved more doing. I do recommend this.
