A great game with traces of the past, where you build and manage your own company. If you are interested in computer history, I recommend it.
x86 <3
If you are tired of all the money grabs out there, all those streamlined rinse-and-repeat titles that overpromise and underdeliver ... I own this game for 5 or 6 years, probably since it was first released into EA. Don't be fooled by the long development time, as THIS ... is one of the few GEMS out here on Steam. The Dev is like one of those rare Watchmakers who strive for perfection. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, if you buy this game. Not only because you will realize how much work has gone and is being put into the development .. no, you'll come back to replaying it evry now and then for many years to come. It's one of those rare "Classic Titles" you'll be glad to have in your Steam library. And if you appreciate the few really invested solo dev geniuses out there, Progorion is one of them!

Good game after you get how it all works/plays. I will sink some hours into this when I get the time, I got it during a sale but would have paid full price.

Well, what can I say. I gave this game a lot of my time... seldom it works like a genuine simulation.
Either it is so easy that it gets boring or it is too difficult that it becomes unplayable.
I love the idea, there is tremendous potential but this game is still stuck in the balancing so far.
Many late technologies are inaccurate, user interface is frustrating.
It is a good effort but is it worth my money? sadly No.
If you want to support the developer, then surely buy this game just as I did, but don't expect a polished or balanced game.

I really like this game. I realized that this is going to be a lot to get into though, so I refunded until I'm able to spend more time with the game, and I do believe that full release isn't too far off. I do plan on re-purchasing relatively soon.
It does make a lot of sense, and I completed the tutorial and understood how to progress, but unlike a lot of grand strategy games I'm unsure if I'm actually progressing properly. The early game is always the most important, and if you're not steadily doing better you tend to run into troubles later on.
However, while it might take some time to get used to it, the UI and features are genuinely intuitive. I understood how things worked pretty quickly. I think I did soft lock the tutorial by accidentally deleting things under a part though. Overall the game does feel great, and I can't wait to return to this.
