BAJA: Edge of Control HD is an Arcade/Simcade style Offroad racer its kinda a little hidden gem but with a few problems:
Pros:
+ 9 open world maps (95 tracks)
+ 8 race classes
+ 46 cars (2 arent in career mode for no reason, i dont count the bonus cars)
+ 4 game modes (track curcuits, rally, open class and hillclimb)
+ helicopter mechanic is unique to help you during the Rally and Baja stages
+ bots are fun to race with they also make mistakes
+ fantastic track design
+ great soundtrack (simular style to DiRT or Flatout)
+ Rally stages simular to real rally only no driver with its sign messages
+ the two bonus cars are a fun little thing to try out
+ graphics are soild
Cons:
- the draw distance is kinda odd, lower shadow pop up or trees and gras
- Career mode is fun for a while but for example the last two Trophy Truck championships feels a little bit to long
- some stages here and there have a few balanced problems sometimes a little bit to easy other times a little bit to fast and other times its perfect
- Career mode is fun but anything special you just race the events and thats it but its fine
Very fun racing game but during the end run its gets a little respetive but still fun enought to finish the game to 100%. I would recommed rather play with Simulation mode rather than aracde for the reason that in Aracde physics are a little to floaty and in simulation mode you have more grip. One more thing good to know if you hunt for achievements then for online you can completly play alone and do them without need any players. If you like games like DiRT/Motorstorm or any aracde offroad racer you can check it out its diffently worth a try!

actually this is a good off-road acrade racing game
don't expect to get here top level visuals or realistic physics, but the game provides a lot of content, has a great visual style and works perfectly on low end PCs and a steam deck
