My girlfriend and I checked Boss Monsters out from the local library and loved it. She lives far away, so we were thrilled when we found out Tabletop Sim has a DLC for this game! I saw the mixed reviews and was worried, but most of the negative reviews seemed unhappy primarily on it only being the base game. I think that's strange, as the base game costs nearly $30, and this DLC only $5. Overall, this DLC is great for the value. If I paid $30 or more, I would want the expansions, but it's only $5, so the value is good. Admittedly, we haven't played with the expansions yet, so I can understand if someone was used to them that they might miss them. It is unfortunate that the expansions don't seem to exist (that I saw) for Tabletop Sim, but I'm very happy with how the game functions, how it works, and the backgrounds (which is hilariously part of the table, which means you can flip the whole thing away) Overall, I definitely recommend this DLC and hope that we get the expansions!
