This game is one of the best of its kind (spoiler: there is no other game like this) it is the only game that I own on steam that is refreshing every time I play it. The whole world is very goofy (in a really, really positive way) and one could interpret a lot of lore into it. If you love arcade games irl, this is perfect! Gameplay 10/10 Graphics 9/10 (Some textures are very blurry) Performance 8/10 (Could be improved, but then again the whole world is being simulated at all times) Fun 10/10 Features 9/10 (There is never enough things you could do ;) If you saw a video of someone playing it and thinking it is something you'd like to play, 100% YES!

Many arcades to explore, many machines to play! On top of a very active developer whom contains a deep passion for this title, it's a throwback to the arcade days. The controls can be a little clunky when inserting a card into the machine, but thankfully it's only a tiny amount of stutter prior to the game beginning. I'd highly recommend for anyone simply wanting to kill some time in an arcade. The game contains survival elements if you want to manage funds and basic necessities, which can be disabled if you simply want a normal arcade experience. It's easy to get sucked into when you want to "turn the brain off".

Watched Drae play a bunch of this and had to check it out; fun to play as you can just zone out in the arcade.

I had some unfortunately deal-breaking performance issues, being Early Access and all, but I recommend the game on sheer fun alone. Though it can't fully accurately simulate the physics of arcade machines nor replicate the [i]visceral[/i] feeling of pressing big buttons, it at least isn't, you know, rigged. If you love arcade games, you'll know what to expect, and if you feel like you'll have fun with it, you most probably will. If there's one criticism I have though, it's that the world feels a bit...lifeless? The robots are there, yes, but I think they lack a certain liveliness. It might also be the sound; it's not loud enough. It might just be me, but I do enjoy the cacophony of dozens of arcade machines blaring their sound effects, tunes, and advertisements all at once, mixed in with the occasional other visitors shouting and laughing.

Ever wanted to play those ticket games at the arcades as a kid but didn't have money for it? Maybe you watched you wealthier friend play games and that is how you experienced it? well now you can give that inner child that experience they missed. All the classic games you remember and with more being added. Do your past self right and give them that experience of playing and saving tickets for little toys from ticket games, indoor cart racing, to laser tag and even an outdoor carnival

Now if you wanna have some fun without going to an arcade, this is the shit, still updating the game too, so you can get new content constantly (or as constantly as the dev can pump stuff out he's doing well :D thanks for all your work devotid) and jump back in and out whenever (obviously). Theres even a survival mode where you gotta keep track of stats, work and play arcade games for money, GAMBLE for money (we love gambling) shit like that. Really fun, but its very casual, dont expect it to go hard, its like if animal crossing was more realistic, all the animals are robots, they have no personality (except a few) and you can gamble its BASICALLY the same game. Yes :)

Game is hilariously incredible, having an arcade game be open world is a concept that shouldn't work but it really does in the way the developer did it. I find it's extremely difficult to profit hard unless you abuse carnival games or save quitting the quick rips; I got the van within 5 days from carnival games and quick rips but restarted as it was very cheesy.. I think the jobs are enjoyable for what they are and quite frankly can be completed very quick. Playing the arcade games brings me back to being a kid when we'd go on vacation as a family and one of our must stops was always a massive arcade kinda like Larry's. I would highly recommend this game if you miss playing old arcade games, whether it be chance games, pinball or minigolf; this game truly has it all. I hope the owner keeps updating :)

Currently, I'm not happy with it. It was a frustrating time trying to use this on keyboard. Switched to controller and it worked fine. Please work on keyboard support. Currently not recommending until keyboard support is there

Sometimes you just want to play arcade games, and this game has exactly that. Finally, I can afford an arcade. This is a nice casual game that my 8 year old son and I can both enjoy. I also like the world/Island itself, there's a lot of fun things to do besides the arcade -- setting off fireworks, driving around, lottery tickets, bingo, for example. The arcades have many different types of machines you would find in a real arcade, plus go-karts, mini golf, and even a full mall. This is one man's passion project and it's incredible for that.

Genuinely one of the funnest arcade games I played today. I’ve read something about the creator updating the engine. I hope that’s faster or whatever, but this game genuinely scratches an itch for arcade games! 10/10
