A repressed bisexual couple hires a horny live-in nurse to cure their dead-kid trauma. It doesn't go well. John Hurt just kinda watches from a distance in a Cameron Mitchell-esqu desk-cameo.
If you love terrible b-movie dramas, you will love this movie. It really is more of a movie with inter-stitched Rorschach tests that give you different takes of the same scenes and the multiple endings are more or less variations on the same three endings plus the "true" ending based on the original book ending. Steam version comes with 480p dvd quality video. There exist mods that patch in higher quality scans of the original film, if you can find them I recommend them.

Surprisingly good FMV. Stumbled on it with the steam sale and for 89 cents it made for a very interesting and engaging evening. Highly recommend checking it out if you like FMVs.
