The Wardrobe - Even Better Edition Reviews
Inspired by the great ‘90s classics such as 'Monkey Island', 'Day of the Tentacle', 'Tony Tough' and 'Sam & Max: Hit the Road', "The Wardrobe" has a strong sense of humour, but isn't shy about dealing with mature and non-politically correct themes.

loved the art but after playing 1.6 hrs, i was only able to figure out how to combine 2 items into one, and what to do with it i have no idea. . 6 small areas and couldnt figure out how to continue. after enough failing i quit and was done. im not the smartest but ive never got stuck on the first task to continue. got tired of skinny real fast.

Love the art, Easter eggs (that I was able to see in my hour or so of playing), and sense of humor, but I can't recommend this because of the puzzles. I enjoyed the hour that I played, but then I looked at a guide to help get the ball rolling (as I couldn't figure out next steps) and reading the guide really showed how unintuitive the puzzles are. None of the combinations of items or actions taken to move through the game were ANYTHING that I would have thought of doing and I don't want to play a game that necessitates a guide for 100% of the puzzles. I have other puzzle games like this that I'd rather spend my time on, as those at least give me a chance to play the game without a guide by my side.

Very short game, though the puzzles can be a bit hard at times.
Lots of miss-able achievements though, some of them are downright weird, not something you'd normally think of doing in such a game, but the game is fun and funny, and just downright great to play.
Might actually go back at some point to pick up the missing achievements.
Had a blast playing it, recommended if you're a point & click adventure fan.
