It's fun to run your own Intergalactic Hospital. I love the humor in the game which adds that, "I can't wait to see what is next" vibe. The different characters, side quests, an overall feeling pure joy. LOL.

An absolute delight of a game! It had everything I felt was missing from some other management sims: charming characters, well-timed humor, and encouragement of adaptability. Absolutely play if you want a more story-driven version of a game like Two Point Hospital. P.S. I've just started getting into the challenge modes and they really force you to use every tool available.

I usually like this kind of game, and this could be fun if... The game randomly crashes and corrupts your entire save, losing hours of progress. It has happened 3 times in 4 levels. I just CANNOT anymore with this game. This SERIOUSLY needs patching! Cannot recommend to anyone in this state.

"a mile wide and an inch deep" Would work if this title was even that wide. Learn some tricks of the mechanics and each level is a time waste. Seriously my playtime is 25% of my total, but I have to leave the client running for it to achieve goals. Jokes are fine, nothing to memorable. Voice acting is nice, until it repeats for about the 100th time. Buggy as well. Patients stuck in place, reload save errors, and items not working as the devs description explains (you have to find work-arounds on your own.) All in all, a departure from the poilish their last foray into gaming was. And a sure state of decline for this dev team.

It took me almost 40 hours to 5-star every Hospital in the basegame. These forty hours have been tremendously fun. The TL;DR is a MORE FUN and thematic version of Two-Point Hospital. There's an actual story here that introduces new illnesses and their treatments. New characters and their little interactions. All tying it up in a neat bow at the end. All in all a way better experience than any other Hospital games that I have played. (And I played a lot of them.)
