Original Review 6/24/2016: Good luck with the crates. Seems FJ thinks it makes sense that over 50% of the their top teir rewards don't even have an epic item. I regret buying this. (with a "Not Reccomend" rating) Update 5/11/2017: Well, I guess I've changed my mind a year after my original purchase and review, as well as sending a message to freejam with my frustration after this purchase. This is in response to the comment I recieved from a Freejam Community Manager on this review and I think I got something but it's been hard to tell since the latest update where all the radar parts got converted to bits...anyways it sounds like nowadays you do get some kind of guarentee if you get a bundle of crates, so that people like me don't feel like they wasted their money gambling... Update 8/24/2017: Just wanted to still throw out there that the crates seem like the odds are really not in favor of legendaries. Full release today and I got my alpha player reward of 25 crates...and got 0 legendaries and the most interesting epic was c6 sprinter legs. Oh well, it's like the lottery; you only win when you don't expect to.

totaly worth it, got 2 legandary monster weels, legandary ion distorter, and a power modual. that is 4 leandarys! and about 300k worth of other stuff

Bought a year or so ago. No legendaries but I did get 300k robits of stuff and i kept the stuff i wanted.

With this DLC, I can have a 30 day premium and I also got 2 Legendary items and lots of Epic and Rare items. If u sell all of ur items u get from opening ur crate, u can get upto 1 million dust or whatever it is called.

If you are expecting something specific from the crates, outside of the mentioned guaranteed items, you might very well be disappointed. However, you might be surprised. Maybe you will get something that will lead you to think of a new build just because you want to try it out. I'd say worth it. If you only want crates, you can buy that in game, same place you can buy premium. This bundle is a deal because it gives both, and some specific things that people might be looking for (the mask parts, or vapor trail for looks etc), Depends on the person. I'm glad I bought this, personally I felt I recieved cool stuff, and what I didn't need from the crates, I recycled in game and then forged the items I wanted or needed.

Don't buy it. It is a wast of money. You get nothing for this money. Usless blocks. Also, game is ruined by developers.

Well. Good part is that this gives a lot of stuff that is great for any beginner that wants to enjoy the game. It gives a solid amount of utility blocks from every tier and if lucky a few legendary (i got some legendary thrusters and a legendary plasma launcher) Bad part: It feels like a mandatory purchase in order to actually be able to enjoy the game. to get the amount of stuff here you would need to do 64 rounds of battle mode and constantly win them as one of the MVP. I never played the game before the epic loot came out (i am a beginner) so i am not overly biassed, but i cannot deny this left a sour taste in my mouth :< ONLY GET THIS IF ITS ON SALE AND YOU WANT TO ENJOY ROBOCRAFT!
