I thought I would enjoy this game, but I didn’t. Several issues seriously affected the experience.
Let’s start with the positives. I really liked the art style — the characters are bright, colorful, and very pleasing to the eye. I also enjoyed the gallery card content.
As for the characters themselves, I appreciated the variety in their personalities; each girl requires a different approach, which adds some depth.
The interface design, although simple, feels clean and harmonious.
Over time, I also grew to enjoy the puzzle gameplay. It adds some variety to the visual novel aspect, where the dialogues are generally short and to the point.
Now for the negatives.
I’d like to say the game is easy to complete — but I can’t. Maybe it's just me, but the game constantly crashed. Constantly!
It became so frustrating that I stopped playing for several weeks. I tried everything I could to fix it, but nothing worked. The only thing that helped me finish all the routes was saving frequently and skipping through dialogue to avoid losing progress.
I barely made it through all the girls’ routes because of this. The constant replays due to bugs stretched my total playtime to 22 hours.
As for the puzzles: some of them felt unreasonably difficult. On Kagari’s route, Episode 5, I needed 54 attempts to beat the puzzle. I didn’t lower the difficulty; I kept trying to hit the 3000-point requirement — and it took me two hours.
That said, I eventually got the hang of the mechanics and was able to complete later puzzles more easily.
One more issue: I couldn’t unlock the final achievement, even though I completed all puzzles without lowering the difficulty. I have no idea why.
Also, after finishing all routes, half my card gallery is still empty — again, no explanation.
What comforts me slightly is that I bought the game at a heavy discount. If I had paid full price, I would’ve asked for a refund.
My strongest criticism of this game is the constant crashing. It ruined what could have been an enjoyable experience.
