I’ve spent 65 hours “beta testing” GPS5. That’s time I gave in good faith, hoping Eversim would finally deliver on their promises to fix the long-standing bugs that have plagued this series for years.
They said GPS5 would be the turning point. They even set up a “community” Discord, but only accessible after buying the game, effectively hiding feedback and complaints behind a paywall. Now they’ve officially confirmed that version .18 is the last major update. That’s it. No real fixes, no functional DLCs (which, if anything, added more bugs), and no accountability.
Meanwhile, they’re already pushing work on a 2025 edition. How can that be justified when GPS5 remains fundamentally broken and unfinished?
This isn’t just a matter of technical failure, it’s disrespectful to the community. I paid 60–80€ for access, then gave Eversim 65 hours of unpaid QA labor, and they’ve walked away from their obligations without even delivering a stable experience.
Even FIFA players, often criticized for yearly cash grabs, at least get working versions of their games.
So, for the love of god, be it this version and any other, DO NOT GIVE EVERSIM YOUR MONEY.
Let the company get it's well deserved death.
