This is a terrific game for any fan of city building / colony building games. Gameplay is straightforward enough to be fun with enough complexity to be engaging. Mission options, sandbox options... lots to like here

Its a good proper game that keeps you coming back to the red planet, You're tasked with gathering resources, building domes, or keeping colonist fed and sane. The mechanics are as solid as a brick outhouse, whether you're terraforming a landscape or praying a done doesn't have a midlife crisis, it all keeps me coming back for more. The game loses a point because the citizens and be bonkers to death with. 8 out of 10.

Really fun game and 100% worth your hard earned cash. I'd say the DLCs are a bit too expensive and some of them (like the one that adds trains) really should've been in the base game to begin with. It does have some technical issues, even to this day. Frames dropping randomly, lag spikes after using the elevator from the BaB DLC and visual bugs appearing when I'm watching YouTube on my second monitor for some reason. I originally pirated the game and played with all the DLCs and spent about 130 hours just messing around and now bought it or of sheer love for the game.
In conclusion: If you're looking for a fun base building game with lot's of things to do and more than enough to challenge your inner architect then Surviving Mars is just the game for you. But if you want to maximize your content-to-prize ratio then this game would probably not be your first choice.
Overall an easy 8/10 game imo :)

It is a visually fun and exciting way to play a resource management game. And you sim as a Martian Government. Pretty tight.

A really fun colony-building game.
Lots of attention to detail by the player is needed in order to make sure your colony thrives. You really feel a sense of accomplishment when you can get every little detail in working order, so much so that your base becomes semi-autonomous. I've had many different results from different runs which keeps the game re-playable. I love the art style and the colours and the amount of customisation options that you can add to your base.
I definitely recommend it.

Sadly, Stellaris is not very playable due to the new update, so I choose this, which turned out to be surprising good. I now have a preference for Paradox games that are not longer updating but still good, offering a sense of stability. Both visuals and gameplays are very cool. Would recommend even at original price.

Good game. You can really get caught up in all the things it takes to keep your colony going. Don't try to do too much at one time or it can run away from you.

Great game to spend hours and hours on. Probably played 200+ hours of this game across my Steam and Epic Games accounts and always just keep coming back to play more.
