Rhythm combat; rogue-lite progression; neat way to reveal the story to the player.
If you're looking for something like that, then this might scratch that itch for you, as it did for me.
Full transparency: I bought it on sale, which felt like an appropriate value given that I played a 2018 indie game in 2025.
