Still filled with so many issues. so janky. Maybe when they do finally "fix" it and stop "well this and thating" it will be worth it.

Game is a pile of hot trash , the devs don't give a damn about their customers . Bugs that have been out there for years are still not fixed . This game is so bad that i don't even want to spend much time on a review . It's just that bad. Don't buy this Pile of Shit . Thank you!

Crashes all the time. freezing all the time. the combat feels janky as i end up on top of my opponent dealing no damage as they take chunks of health off me. i understand being spoon fed and given a objectives isnt the aim of the game, but needing to google how to craft particular things and understanding exaclty what i need to do to survive. The majority of the DLC are just skins for building pieces, animals and armour.

Initial review, I said the world looks decent... No! It looks frickin' awesome! I finally made it to the northern lands and it is really nice. Definitely NOT beginner friendly. Not only is the game vague, but any "info" online is lacking. Found a Beginner's Guide on YT, but many things have been changed or bugged out since it was made. I really like the idea and concept of the game and hope they don't give up on it.

I wish I had known about this game earlier because it really surprised me. Considering that it has been around for nearly a decade and I’ve never played it before, it’s a survival game similar to Ark: Survival but with a bit of Fallout’s difficulty. I highly recommend trying it if you enjoy survival games, and I suggest playing it without any mods or modifications for the best experience.

The idea of a brutal survival game set in the rich and savage world of Conan the Barbarian was incredibly appealing. Server performance was atrocious, making the game nearly unplayable for many. It took far too long for these issues to be addressed, and the initial damage to the game's reputation was significant. Then came the monetization. The constant stream of DLC and microtransactions feels like a blatant cash grab, especially considering the game's initial performance problems. While cosmetic DLC is one thing, the constant push for paid content leaves a bad taste. The gameplay itself is a relentless grind. You have to dedicate countless hours to gather resources, build a base, and progress. This wouldn't be so bad if the game was more balanced. However, official servers are dominated by massive "zerg" clans that make it nearly impossible for solo players or small groups to survive. If you don't have a dedicated group of friends to play with, you're essentially screwed. The learning curve is steep, and the constant threat of being raided by overwhelming forces makes the game incredibly frustrating for solo players. The lack of meaningful NPC interaction is also a major disappointment. For a game set in such a rich and lore-filled world, the NPCs feel lifeless and underdeveloped. The world feels empty and devoid of meaningful interactions. While the modding community and private servers offer a glimmer of hope, they can't fully compensate for the game's fundamental flaws. Conan Exiles feels like a missed opportunity, a great idea squandered by poor execution and predatory monetization. Pros: The Conan setting is appealing. Still the best building survival mmorpg type game out there, if you are a builder that is, the game is so fleshed out and well optimised, it willl take you years to fully discover the The Exiled Lands map

I bought this the to play it single player offline never care for the online side of it. After not playing for some times, today I just realize the game doesn't allow a single player offline anymore. It is really important for me to play offline since I don't always have good internet connection and I like to play on the go with my ROG ally. Still love the game, but there is no use if I can't even play it.

goog god... so i started playing a few months ago, and ive seen nothing but hackers amnd cheaters. there was a really cool server where everyone got along... they talked about cheaters and stuff but i kept building. i thought they were exaggerating. they werent. they had been fighting off hackers for months. i had my whole base destroyed with battering ram and bombs within 2 hours of these guys logging in and starting from level 1. we always keep an eye on the server list. i seen their levels when they came on. one guy even said he didnt know how to play but then said he had hundreds of accounts. funcom does not care about these people. nothing has been done. unless you play on an unofficial server, you will be really aggravated. unofficial servers are modded, but the official servers, ironically, are not at all monitored. could be a realy really good game. it is a really good game, IF you want to play single player or pay to rent a server
