Mystic Destinies: Serendipity of Aeons - Shou DLC

Artwork and character design are stunning. Plot, decent, but not very creative. Narrative and story are extremely boring and slow-paced. Right below your average reverse harem with an average heroine. A nice try for a western VN...but still a long road to reach the quality of Japanese VN.

This is a Beautifuly done ,Amazingly adorable ,and Incrediably fun game. I love the story ,the characters ,the scenery ,everything. it so much fun to see how the characters interact together. they are so adorable<3

I normally don't post reviews but I just wanted to say I absolutely adore this game! Round of applause to the developers because they're doing a fantastic job. Can't wait for the next boys' chapters :)

Just finished playing Shou's route and... Wow! I really really enjoyed it! It took me a little while to get into it, but by the end I was making faces and couldn't tear myself away from the screen. It's almost entirely centered around the supernatural, so for those of you who like magic or dramatic VN, definitely check it out!

First off, the art is stunning! The plot is pretty good too, aside from the semi predictable ending, the story gets you immersed into the heroines life as she explores her newly appointed powers as well as budding love life. Totally recommend buying this especially with the summer sale going on.

This game is one of the best I've found in a while and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who enjoys visual novels and otome games. This one is worth the investment. Shou, my beautiful ray of sunshine. He is so precious - warm, caring cinnamon roll. PROS: - Complex world and Lore - Huge array of characters beyond the MC and LIs - The routes are all separate with completely different stories~! - The sprites, BGs and CGs are GORGEOUS - The music is really really lovely! - Really good writing CONS: - The format is a little unusual and potentially confusing for buyers - Buying routes and epilogues separately can feel pricey (but gives you freedom of who you want to romance)

Game overall: - My only critique is the music, wich becomes boring after some loops. - CS were good but i would have hoped for more (or i'm used to get more of them in other VN/Otome). + Other that that the game is unusually polished + i personally enjoyed a more western/realistic artstyle for once + and the writing was good (both in grammar AND storytelling) + the maincharacter is normal, in a GOOD way. She reacts grumpy when someone is rude, shes flustered if its the situation but shes not overly anything. The writing conveyed a fully fleshed charcter wich you shape with your reaktions one by one. I really enjoyed seeing this instead of one blunt character! This particular Route: + Over all a good route with a lot of good paced moments and situations. + Shou is a nice guy with good humor and a mild temper. A bit obnoxious though. -/+ The end seemed a bit rushed to me (but not in a grave way! I was just confused that it sudenly hit at about 3/4 chapter in) and then went on a bit longer that i would have expected. To explain: in most VN / Otome that end with something dramatical or a fight u usually have 1 chapter for it, not much more but i cant say more without spoiling things^^ In short: this was my first Route to try and it ensured me that this is a good game. I#m sure i'll buy another route in the future and the Devs are now on my watchlist for future games ;)

Shou's route is a laid-back introduction to the world the game takes place in and all the other love interests. I enjoyed the slow pace of the story and really getting to know Shou. Definitely play this one first! I highly recommend it because Shou is adorable and so sweet!

This is how otome games should be written and designed...beautiful characters, inside and out, and a heroine with both humanity and spunk. Even though I thought I made good choices I got the Passionate End and was underwhelmed by this ending, and didn't get the last pic. This is one of the few complaints I have; it shouldn't be that hard to get an ending with proper feels! The idea of replaying the entire story just to get a different ending rather tires me...but maybe after some time! In any case, hurry up with releasing the other characters! Do wait with Shou epilogue stuff and that. Come at us with the other characters first, especially Hikaru!

Shou is such a sweetheart. I don’t know why, but he reminds me of a cute puppy; I just want to hug him forever! His route was okay, not a masterpiece but not bad. The villain was a bit meh in my opinion (quite handsome but still with a meh personality and motivations, I’m sorry) and I felt that Shou’s route was a bit rushed, I don’t know exactly why. I really wanted to spend more time with him, but suddenly things started to happen and… Yeah. But overall, I recommend his route. In my opinion he’s so cute and charismatic that even if the story isn’t that good, he surely shines through it all, like the cutie phoenix boy he is. ♥ 6/10.
