The Mission in the digital world with the blocks and stuff is the worst mission in videogame history !
I regret buying the DLC only because off that mission, but the rest off the DLC is good

It is Fallout 4's first major story expansion and it delivers a rich, atmospheric adventure that stands apart from the main Commonwealth experience. Traveling to the island of Far Harbor, you find a land steeped in danger and conflict: the area is cloaked in radioactive "Fog" that has warped its ecosystem into something fiercer and stranger than mainland Boston.
The story centers on a three-way faction conflict among the hardy local fishermen of Far Harbor village, the Church of the Children of Atom (a zealously radiation-worshipping cult), and a colony of synth refugees hidden in the island’s mountains. Caught between these groups is a young woman whom you’ve been hired to find, and as you unravel her fate, you’ll navigate a web of alliances, secrets, and moral dilemmas.
The island itself is sizable and packed with content. The high radiation Fog isn't just a backdrop; it introduces a survival element where visibility is low and a Geiger counter ticks constantly. The island's ecology is entirely new and more vicious than the Commonwealth’s.
"Far Harbor" offers multiple endings and branching paths based on player choice – far more dramatically than in base game, you can influence the fate of entire factions on the island. The narrative tone is dark and brooding, channeling a mix of detective noir and Lovecraftian misty horror.

Definitely the best DLC for Fallout 4. In this DLC you will find yourself on the mysterious Far Harbor Island, a large location with about thirty new points of interest. Unlike the main game and the rest of the DLC here your decisions can really affect what will become of the island.
I highly recommend this DLC, it's an 8 out of 10.

simply but the best bit of content bethesda has ever made for the fallout series, actually feels like choices matter, interesting plot and environment, if you're going to choose any of the DLCs. choose this one.

Welp, I loved Far Harbor. I was sad to say goodbye to it! It tells a very compelling story and the actions you take have actual consequences.

Probably my favorite place in Fallout 4. The monster design is just so unique compared to Fallout in general. It might be a generic fisher village, to start the DLC off with, with some typical "southern hospitality" of dislking outsiders. But it grows on you, and I enjoyed all the intricacies the DLC has had to offer. The fog is cool, the monsters are great, and while the Fallout 4 dialogue is hit or miss most of the time, I'd say the bar was at least raised here. I also just like the location too. Recommend this DLC when Fallout 4 is on sale.

Far Harbor is the gold standard for DLC expansions by Bethesda. The writing is outstanding, it's a great standalone expansion to explore in the game, and in many ways is the best thing to experience within Fallout 4.

Basically Fallout 4, if it was good.
Screw that Minecrafty tower defense section, though.
