I found this VN extremely boring. There was barely any story progression. Most of the conversations were random and uninteresting. The end came out of nowhere and felt very unsatifying. Nothing was resolved.

Overall: 6/10 (mediocre)
Recommended: no (sparse story, mediocre philosophical discussions, fairly boring writing)
Time to complete story: 5.5 hrs
(First run, Kaen route, 26/54 achievements)
Time to 100%: 13.5 hrs
(Five runs, 54/54 achievements, took a lot of screenshots of useless info)
Controller compatible: I don't believe so
(I set up a KBM to gamepad configuration in Steam)
Characters: 6/10 (mediocre) (main focus)
~ a bit of a wacky, juvenile cast
- all the characters act the same throughout the "common" route regardless of choices made
- boring "common" route
Writing: 5/10 (weak)
~ grammar/translation is a bit rough
~ the events/activities focus on the characters traveling and describing the campus
~ lots of vague philosophical stories that were weakly tied to the characters or story
Story: 6/10
~ interesting concept, but progress is sparse and sometimes comes in info-dumps
~ heroine routes are mediocre or weak, but True Ending was emotional and great (after playing for a significant time)
Graphics: 7.5/10 (very good)
+ art is bright and the sprites/CG's are high quality
~ background is blurrier than I'd like, especially since the dev's wanted to show the real-life campus
Audio: 7.3/10 (good)
~ very good tracks, but often don't match the setting or topic well
Settings/UI: 7.3/10
+ 100 save slots
+ instant text, text skipping, and various standard settings are available
~ settings under Load menu instead of title screen
- mouse snaps to certain spots when navigating menus
~ no scroll back option, but has a text log
Kaen route: 6/10
Shion route: 6/10
Togi route: 6.5/10
True ending: 7.5/10
Score comparison:
VNDB: 6.5/10 (50 votes)

This VN looked interesting so I thought i'd give it a try. Honestly, all in all, I enjoyed it.
Positives
-Very nice art
- Likeable characters
- Decent length
Negatives
- no voice acting
- got very wordy at times (in terms of philosophical discussions)
- romantic endings slightly lackluster
I do like how each of the three girls had their own ending as well as a special scene for them for the true ending, but I feel as if the romance aspect was a tad lacking at times.
One thing i have to say i'm happy with was that i enjoyed all three of the girls. there wasn't a single one i disliked. And that's rare. so good job! Best girl is definitely Togi though.
All in all, I really did enjoy this VN. The characters were quirky and fun, and the story was interesting and had a twist i wasn't expecting. I would recommend it. If they ever released an update with voice acting, i'd definitely download it. i'd say..... 7/10

Campus Notes is a short Visual Novel, which I have somewhat mixed feelings about.
The core concept is good, an interesting story idea about a group of new friends who are forgotten by everyone around them each day. They remember eachother and have to solve the mystery of what's happening around them. This is achieved through three routes, a true route, and a final conclusion. None of this takes very long, but there are over 50 achievements and it felt satisfying to collect them all.
The intiial three routes play out mostly the same, but there are small sections which are different depending on what romance plot you end up on. Aside from these small scenes and CG's, the story doesn't really change or branch off in different directions.
Unfortunately, the translation work is adequate at best. You can understand the emotion behind the characters but a lot of the dialogue is awkardly phrased or just sounds off. I got the impression it was translated by someone competent but maybe not a native speaker, or just inexperienced with translation work. It's not a deal breaker, just be aware of it.
On top of that, the conclusion felt very rushed with characters that we know hardly anything about doing a lot of info-dumping. Maybe the story was too ambitious for the shorter running time, or there was just time pressure to get the game released.
The artwork is good, but limited- characters are expressive but there's not a wide variety of poses and expressions. The CG's are infrequent but really nicely drawn.
I was particularly impressed by the soundtrack, it just stood out as unique and haunting. A little repetitious at times, but sets the mood of the story well.
All in all, defintiely worth a read but I can't shake the feeling that this could have been something more special with the right TLC.

After managing to complete the game, and having collected 100% of the achievements. I can say this visual novel was very enjoyable.
Needless to say this novel really is quite a gem. There are many moments where the storyline will get you to think on a deeper end, and by that it may cause a headache in a sense. (Ever been in an existential crisis? Yea...)
Despite such things. the VN really does have a lot of deep quotes that may take to your philosophical and/or psychological liking.
For instance. (One of my favourites from this VN.)
"A person dies twice. First, when their physical body dies. The second is when everyone in this world forgets they ever existed."
Each character has a very likeable uniqueness to them.
I absolutely love the artwork and style, though I do feel there could've been more content.
Music is great, however it feels limited.
TL;DR: Great VN, can really get philosophical. 8/10
Crude TL;DR: It's an absolute mindfuck.

Reading this VN made my braincells hurt (this is a positive thing btw!) and it's been an entertaining read.
The replayability to get all the achievements was really bad tho because the skip feature didn't work properly (for me at least).

I came for Pochi's designs, and I stayed for the great cast and for the plot (...and Pochi's designs).
Everyone is likeable and I wish more VNs had a male friend as good as Fuma. The first 10 minutes of the game are actually gold. It's pretty much my favorite VN prologue. The writing for the game overall is pretty funny. This VN is also one of the only 2 games that ever made me want to visit a specific location in Japan. The surprisingly comfy atmosphere really enhanced the overall experience to me.
The translation isn't perfect but it's good enough. There's nothing that really hampers the experience here.
Overall, I had a great time and I can even say I loved the game. The fact that this VN is somewhat overlooked is kinda sad, but not all indie works can achieve stardom, especially in an already niche genre. My only major complaint is that I wish it was longer (especially the ending and the epilogue). It's a shame the devs didn't release another VN after it, as this is one of the the better indie VNs on Steam for me. Even if I wouldn't call it perfect, I can still say it ended up becoming a favorite of mine.

Very funny, lighthearted visual novel with beautiful girls, hilarious situations and nice interesting story to read :). It was a pleasure to play and as far as I can see after the 1st time beating of the game I opened only like 60% of the story, which is nice.
+All the girls are beautiful <3 And each has its very own character
+Very nice music
+The novel is very easy to read, you can catch yourself beating it in one sit :)
+Plenty of the save slots, which is very useful because you have like 60 achievements to unlock and you face a LOT of decision-making situations
+The story itself is very interesting to read
+Steam cards, backs and smileys
-Backgrounds looks okay but after all its just photoshopped photos :|
-No ero ero .__ .

No Boobs, no Hentai- just good Novel with a nice Idea.
I really enjoyed the reading and the art. Sometimes I laught out loud, sometimes I cryed out loud. Sometimes I was desperate. Sometimes I was confused.
But all this emotions was totally worth.
12 Euro for 10h gameplay ( if u skipping the part u already read ) is also totally worth.
You have to make you own opinion. I would recommend it!

At the time of writing I have completed one playthrough of the game. In one go. TL;DR: it's an enjoyable game with a good story and nice and glossy art.
It has a few parts that are a bit wonky. I can't speak for the Japanese version, but in the English version there are some bugs occasionally, but I encountered nothing game breaking. Just a couple of instances where character names were displayed without text underneath, but I don't think any of the actual story or dialogue was missing, because I didn't feel like there were any obvious gaps. Most likely it's just a residue of the lengths of the text in the text boxes not matching up in the Japanese and English versions.
As for the translation itself, it felt pretty solid. I encountered a few spelling and grammatical mistakes, but nothing that made it unreadable or hard to understand. There was also one instance where I felt like something was probably a plot hole, but if it was it wasn't something that undermined anything truly vital to the plot. (Though again, to be clear, this is just speaking from one playthrough of one of the possible routes.) The story was engaging and the ending of the route I picked left me with a lot of interesting things that I can't wait to discover as I unlock more!
The female characters were more well-rounded than I expected as I started, and I was pleasantly surprised that although
they (of COURSE) all end up falling in love with the protagonist
, they are still more educated, and written in a way that actually shows it, and more multi-faceted than female characters usually are. Which isn't to say that everything was entirely perfect, some parts of the writing still made me cringe, but A LOT less than usual.
The art style - especially the more quirky expressions - is really delightful. It kind of looks a bit like Kaen has stuffed a pillow over her bust, and I question Fuma's fashion sense with nothing underneath the vest immensely, but hey. I bet we've all seen worse.
And finally - though I doubt that there will be too many who cares about this: A DIABETES MENTION THAT ISN'T NEGATIVE AND/OR DIRECTLY MISINFORMED AND STEREOTYPED!! HOLY CRAP!!!
