It's more like a playable trailer/teaser for the VRMark with some rehashed scene from the Fire Strike and Time Spy. If you have the hardware, just run it. Also, "For system with integrated graphics". Ha-ha, do you HONESTLY think an integrated graphic card like can handle VR? Unless you are talking Vega M, I don't think those Intel HD and little Vega will cut it any way.

Free DLC is free. Can't say it's useful without VR, and I do not recommend VR in general. But the software itself is fine.

VRMark has the same shadow anomolies that have existed in many games since the DK1 was released. Only one eye has the correct shadow mapping. The other eye has some realtime shadows. This makes you feel cross eyed without knowing why. It's early days of vrmarks, but this is a known problem and futuremark should not be selling top teir benchmarking with these sorts of issues.

This is a review of the VRMark Demo in the Holiday Beta. Reviewed on an i7-4771, 780TI with Oculus Rift DK2 SDK 0.8 on Win 10. The VR experience is a museum room with diorama displays for a number of past 3D Mark scenes. You can walk around part of the room and obviously look in all directions. There is some minor judder and the movement with the WASD keys is smooth but abrupt, making this only a moderately comfortable VR experience. There is currently no benchmark number provided at the end, but it does provide a nice, if small, animated 3D scene to explore, demonstrating a fairly high fidelity example of what VR can look like. Oh, and don't forget to look up!

For those who cannot access the VR preview, This is what you must do. Rightclick on the program in steam and select properties. Go to Beta's and enter 'HappyHolidays' into the code box and click on 'check code'. Now click on the beta drop down box. the VrBeta option is now available. Select it and click ok and Steam will begin to down load the benchmark. Hope it helps.
