Wow... Definitely not one of the good ones.
Anyone who played this has something "fun" to share. It's certainly an "experience".
Okay let's get serious. Let's ignore the strange faces in cut scenes -> As we all know that it isn't as easy to animate them. At least back then.
- The "Tibetan" adventure is rather... Modern. But I think it's better this way... Because the MC desecrates absolutely everything she comes across.
- Lots of stuff to be "dug out". I swear that's the action I used most. Gems from statue feet. Powder from a statue. Something from the ground. All of this in order to destroy more artifacts. Good job.
- I have no damn idea who any of those people you come across are!!! And MC is also a damn thief. I only bypass this... Because in H.O.Gs you take things...
- There is a part where you "can't take this" or "can't take that"... Until you either find "use for it" or "get permission"... Are you serious? Now that's laughable.
- Everything is so damn easy. Did you make this game for kids...?
- Worst part? Majority of the things you do/actions you take make no damn sense. I know we all suspend disbelief with these games, but when it's constant...? I will give you two examples and "censor" them in case you want to witness it yourselves:
There is a part where you gotta get rid of a komodo (or rather, a giant lizard) and a poisonous spider on a web. Logic says: you got sticks/a cane -> use it on the web, wrap the spider and throw it. Use fire. Anything! So you get a bucket and make a sleeping potion in it. I am like "YAY! Komodo sleepy time!"............. NO!........... YOU WATER THE SPIDER!!!!!!!!!! WHY??????????????!!!!!!!! And then you just feed the komodo... ...........
- Second example:
To get rid of a giant water snake -> Don't just zap it with your staff... Make sure to first obtain an air bag... A basket... Some meat... Then "distract" the monster with it... When it goes to bite it -> zap it then. WTH? Monster doesn't know you're there!!! Just sneak up on it and zap it!!!!!!!
- Bugs. Some items appear in numbers instead of "half axe head" and "half axe handle"... By the end of the game I had THREE staves. There is no progression after a specific mini game... Just click out of it and it should get past it....... Lastly: Last portal spawns before you get the last gem.
Get it before going in!!!
They wont tell you that........ Would hate to reset the entire game because of it.
I usually sleep through these... In my "Zen Mode". This game woke me up and I kept pointing out all the problems.
I still did it, but... What have I accomplished in the end?
*snort*
