Not worth the money, as if you want to play 1v1 just invite a friend to any map of your choice. This just encourages the show offs and the rapers to piss off the the lesser mortals who play for enjoyment.

Not worth unless you play multi-player mode. Does nothing for solo campaign play. Waste of $15.00

This DLC includes Singleplayer / Multiplayer content but you need the multiplayer installed in order to play the singleplayer content, this isn't stated anywhere on the store which could lead to confusion. Singleplayer also doesn't have a DLC section on the library page which again is really confusing as it should mention that. All the DLC levels also randomly crash, this is mainly for Spec Ops and Survival which is really annoying as you lose your entire progress everytime it happens. I'm unsure if this is related to the main game or not but still worth noting. Lastly the DLC is also really overpriced for a currently 13 year old game, but that sadly isn't going to change and the content isn't worth full price to me if all it's going to do is continue to crash.

What's the point of buying an overpriced DLC for an old game with a dying player base and no hope of ever finding DLC lobbies? Well for any other Call of Duty, there wouldn't be one. But MW3 has Survival mode which on these maps is pretty fun and the two Spec ops are interesting to say the least. Is it worth $15? Eh probably not. I'm not going to lie to you, I only bought this on sale so I could finally see that I was missing all the way back in 2012 on the old Xbox 360 days. It was nostalgic curiosity and after playing each map on survival a few times I figured it was worth the $7.50 for the couple hours I spent playing solo. You're not me and might not be as easy to please but there's only one way to find out................. At this to your wishlist and wait for a sale. The New Mode of Face-Off sounds interesting but sadly no one is waiting in face off multiplayer lobbies to play. Not to say you couldn't play with friends who already has this DLC.

Same as collection # 1 - good enough Spec Ops missions, but not worth the full price. Especially considering that it's nine years old at this point.

Buyer beware: The Special Ops DLC missions require multiplayer (a 16GB waste of space since nobody plays it) or else they won't be available to play at all. If you're a singleplayer gamer that doesn't care about multiplayer, tough luck.

If you're an achievement hunter/completionist then you'll need this to finish the achievements for this game. This DLC adds some more Singplayer/Co op content which is the only reason I recommend it, but only if you can get it for cheaper than it's default asking price on Steam.

DLC to satisfy COD kiddies of their infantile urges to "pwn newbs". Doesn't even add weapons, and the Spec Ops are nothing special. For contemporary games to charge this much for what are essentially map packs which add NOTHING to the gameplay is an indication of where the current video and computer game industry is headed.

What was in fact the main drawback of the last CoD? Of course, maps - boring, gray and similar to each other. Needless to say that you got tired of running around this after a few matches? Fortunately, at least for an additional fee, developers eliminate this misunderstanding. In this collection you will find an abundance of positively diverse landscapes: the medieval Greek gardens, luxury arabian hotels and grim factories in half with an expensive cottages on the beach. After a similar, post-apocalyptic landscapes from the original, collection of this seems a breath of fresh air, and in combination does the impossible - forcing again to play in the seemingly bothered game ever.

Kinda worth it, but not so much nowadays, unless you're a completionist when it comes to the Spec Ops stuff. I am though, so still a thumbs up from me. Only get it on a sale though. It's not worth full price, and it's barely worth the sale price.
