Infected has a similar "using blood" as a weapon idea, except that game had Slipknot and fire arms.
This game does not have Slipknot and fire arms, just a fricked up arm you occasionally stab with a screwdriver.
Its also not very good.

actually one of the worst games i've ever played. it's horribly optimized, lagging and freezing consistently throughout the game. it feels incredibly clunky to play, and the user interface is horrid. sound design is awful, hit detection for attacks is awful (with you stabbing yourself with a screwdriver and attacking with your spraying blood ????????). you ascend this office building or whatever, but only the top floors are extremely flooded? whatever fuck this game, avoid at all costs
