Statues Reviews
Do not even try to close your eyes. You can't let the fear go. It is real. It is more real than you can imagine... "Statues" is a mix of survival-horror and action-adventure developed by Room710Games. The game based on the creepy enemies that only move when you're not looking at them.

The story of this game isn't developed well so don't expect anything amazing. There's a blinking mechanic where you either blink to refill the meter or let it run out and blink for you. This mechanic isn't done well and during the day, you shouldn't have to worry about if you are blinking. The statues move too fast and teleport right to you at times when they either aren't anywhere near you or there is stuff in the way that should be slowing them down. Certain statues are reused and aren't changed to fit the area of the place you're at. During the amusement park, two statues that were in a previous chapter of the game are now suddenly there too and teleport to you every so often even though there's no reason for them to be there besides either the game having some issue and putting them there or the idea that they followed you. There is a hammer you can pick up at one point and that does help but there should be a few other ways to help defend yourself against the statues like your flashlight stunning them for example. There is many gameplay issues and the storytelling needs work. I don't recommend this game and it's not worth buying even on sale.
