Another fun game by this company. Lasted over 10 hours. Lots of locations, conversations, things to pick up and use (in odd ways, usually). No fighting or timed sequences. Hotspot locator and right click fast forward included (my favorite assets).

No, this is not a classic point n click adventure. There is a striking abyss between how well designed the challenges are and how fluid are the puzzles, and the absolutely atrocious writing, as if they did not know how to write specific characters but only superficial tropes. That makes any of the playable characters unbearable, the dialogues never ending and that, really, I don't feel I want to have this journey with them. However the rest of the point n click elements are so polished that the game is still entertaining.

The first sequel in the "Secret Files" series is very similar to its predecessor, including the great (German) voice-acting and an engaging story. This time, you even switch back and forth between the two main characters with each chapter. You will see changes in the slightly better graphics and also the increased difficulty though. While puzzles in the first game were pretty logical, they can be a bit convoluted and strange here. Don't worry, that doesn't kill the fun. If you liked the first game, you will enjoy this one as well!
